| Notes: | TEAM FEE PAYMENTS - ACCEPTED AT PRACTICE POOL The Foster 25m pool will be accepting swim team payments for the 2012 Winter season. The first date to make payments will be Monday 9 Jan 2012. Please do not try to pay prior to that day. A completed registration form is required to accompany payments. Payment Days Times (starts Monday 9 Jan 2012) 1500-1900 Mo/Tu/We/Th/Fr 0500-0700 Tu Swim Team fees should be paid in the practice pool office. For billing purposes, we have three payment periods or seasons: Fall is 1 Sep-31 Dec Winter is 1 Jan-30 Apr Spring/Summer is 1 May through 31 Aug All payments must include a registration form, available in the pool office. Cash - Exact amount only, please. We cannot issue change. Check - The following sponsor information must be printed or written on the check: full name, rank, mailing address, unit, and phone #. If paying by check, the person writing the check must be present with his/her ID card. We cannot take the check unless that person that wrote the check is at the pool, handing that check to the cashier. Check payments can only be accepted from a parent with an ID card; please do not send your swimmer with their check. Make checks payable to AMO/FOSTER POOL. Credit Card - Credit cards may be used for payment at the Foster 50m Pool (Summer Season). The Foster 25m Pool cannot accept credit cards (Fall Winter Seasons). | |
