| Notes: | At our meets we need help with: (1) timing (an easy but very important task, no experience required - and the best seat at the meet). (2a) concessions - please drop off items at the concession area when you arrive at the meet. (2b) concessions - we need people to staff concessions. The ODST Booster Club is running a concession stand of donated items at our three swim meets this summer. All monies raised will go towards our off-island swim meets (i.e. Taipei, Tokyo). Warmups begin at 4pm. Parents will be needed as timers and for 15 minute shifts at the concession stand. Please sign up when you arrive. Examples of Donated Concession Items: Bottled Water Sports Drinks Ramen (Cups) Juice Boxes Baked Goods (easily servable) Soda Chips Donuts Granola Bars Snacks Any main dishes that are immediately servable such as bento of fried rice, burritos wrapped in foil, a crock pot of hotdogs with buns, etc. Thank you for all of your generosity!!!
