Dr Janet Starkes Canada's leading researcher in exercise and
strategies for older athletes. Dr Starkes continues to monitor and
research the health, motivation and success strategies employed by
aging athletes in many sports. Topics include attitude, injury and
health along with on-going observations of older athletes.

Pierre Lemarche
Over the past 3 decades Pierre Lemarche has been Canada's National and
Davis Cup Tennis Coach. A founder of the Professional Coaching
Association and the Coaching Association of Ontario, Pierre will share
with the audience his views on how to help your athlete (or
son/daughter) excel in sport in spite of the many areas of weakness in
the Canadian Sport System. Pierre Lemarche is renowned for his
dynamic thought-provoking style.

Norm O'Reilly "Lessons Learned from Mount Everest". Professor
O'Reilly was a member of the 2005 Mount Everest Climb where Ottawa
climber Sean Egan died on the mountain. Norm will discuss lessons
learned by the climbers during their Mt Everest climb. Hear his
behind the scene stories and how you can apply them to your every day
life.

Turn east off Airport Road to Old Church Road. The Caledon Community
complex is 1 km. east on the south side. Those coming from downtown
Toronto should plan on a 1hour drive on a Friday night.
