Hello Everyone:

It is time again to RENEW your OCC club memberships. Just a
reminder...CLUB MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES at the end of the year....This means
your 2004 club membership expired as at Dec 31st 2004.

There are a small handfull of you who joined late in the year in 2004. I
will e-mail you separately to the effect that your 2005 dues are covered.

For everyone else...


If you are planning on taking part in any Oakville CC events - and that
means club organised Time Trial, Road race, recreational ride, MTB ride,
Tour, etc - you must be a fully paid up member in good standing with
insurance.

Simply go to:

And download ALL the forms (3) . You will need Adobe Acrobat (free) to
print them out. Follow the instructions contained on them. Please return
them, with cheque as soon as possible.

Last year I had to remind you a number of times..Let's try to get everyone
signed up BEFORE the season starts.

The respective chairs for this year will be enforcing the rule that states
- no memebership/insurance for 2005 - no participation.

I wish it could be different, but the Ontario Cycling association mandates
this, and we have to play by the rules.


Also...

Just a reminder. The Yahoo Group, which this message is being sent to you
by, is THE delivery channel for GENERIC e-mails for the Oakville Cycling
Club and its members. Only OCC members can post on the yahoo group, this
ensures that you do not receive unsolicited e-mails from outside sources.
However, if you receive e-mail from someone in regards to cycling related
matters that looks out of place or is non cycling related, please let me
know and I will address them directly or bring it to the attention of YOUR
executive.
