Hello everyone:
As you all know, last Saturday was the Oakville Cycling Club's Annual
General Meeting (AGM) held at the King's Arms in Oakville.
Along with electing a mostly new executive for 2005, we were also
presented with financial reports, a budget for 2005, details about the
proposed race in Downtown Oakville and various reports from the club
sectors.
During the coming weeks you will be receiving quite a few e-mails from
various elements of our club. I know the temptation may be to tune them
out , but please read them - as they are very important and pertain to the
upcoming year - and how you can help make 2005 our best year ever.
You will be receiving information from different members of our executive
and club sectors - with questions and information regarding their
respective area of responsibility. Please do your best to give them the
appropriate input they ask, so that OCC truly reflects you and what you
want out of your cycling club...

for 2005. Keep this list handy and feel free to contact any one of them
with your concerns, offers to help, questions, etc.
