Just reminder about this Saturday's (Jan 29th) Annual General Meeting
(AGM) for the Oakville Cycling Club.

This is your opportunity to :

Hear reports from the various sectors of our club (i.e., racing, MTB,
recreation, Community Involvement)
Financial report and Budget
Election of 2005 executive.
Team report of the Oakville Racing Team
Clothing for 2005

PLUS:

We will bring you up to date on the proposed Road Race to be held in Mid
Summer in Lovely Downtown Oakville. Hear where we're at right now, what
needs to be done and how you can get involved...


PLUS:

An opportunity to meet up and socialise with your fellow club members and
plan for the upcoming season.

The King's Arms is located at 323 Church Street. We have a room reserved
for us upstairs.

The room is reserved from 6 - 10pm, with times as follows:

6:00 to 7:30pm - dinner. Have a bite (and Pint) and tell a few lies.

7:30pm and onwards - AGM/Social.

If you would like to have dinner, drop by before the meeting starts and
you will find a great menu with reasonable prices.
