I will be sending more information in the coming days regarding the 2005
Annual General Meeting for the Oakville Cycling Club.

Please don't forget to out the following in your calendars:

Saturday January 29th at the KING'S ARMS - in Downtown Oakville.
The meeting will start at 7:30pm

***Topics for the evening***:

Financial recap of 2004
reports from the respective department chairs (i.e., racing, recreation,
mountainbike, community service, membership)
Nominations and Elections of 2005 executive.
Oakville Racing Team (ORT) 2004 recap.

****Also****:

we will be filling you in on latest exciting developments regarding the
Road Race race that we are presenting Sunday July17th in Downtown Oakville.
Can you please think of ways that you can help out. We need people to be
on the Race Committee during the next 5 months leading up to the race,
plus we need people to help out during the day as part of our corp of
volounteers.
Please let me know before the 29th, on the evening or shortly afterwards
how you can help out. To make this event a success, we need ALL HANDS ON
DECK to help out.


After the business part of the meeting (approx 1 hour) the rest of the
evening will a social - an opportunity to ctach up with your fellow
cyclists.
