Hello Everyone:
Now that the leaves are falling, it's time to start thinking about our
annual end of season get-together and awards ceremony.
I will be sending out more information on this during the coming weeks:
This year's get-together will be held on Saturday November 27th at the
KING'S ARMS restaurant in lovely downtown Oakville. The Pub is located at
323 Church Steet. It has a private meeting room upstairs that can hold up
to 60 patrons. We will be holding our get-together in this private room.
The food is very good and reasonably priced for your dining pleasure.
The format will be similar to last year, in that we will have the room
from 6pm to 10pm. You are encouraged/invited to get there for some dinner
and drinks from about 6 to 7pm . Afterwards, the official part of the
evening will start at 7pm and finish at about 9ish - although we have the
room for extra time.
Please mark your calendars - and tell a friend or two about the OAKVILLE
CYCLING CLUB'S end of season get-together and awards night on Saturday
November 27th at the KING'S ARMS restaurant in lovely downtown Oakville. .
Stay tuned for more information,
Joe Marangi
