Hello Everyone,

I know this sounds like a broken record, but due to very strict insurance and
OCA regulations, I need to re-sate the seemingly obvious:


1) As per an earlier e-mail, I will be deleting those of you who are on the
yahoo group but have NOT renewed your membership for 2004.

2) Those who have renewed their membership for 2004 are included on our club's
roster - which is forwarded to the OCA. If you are competing in MTB, Road or 24
hour events and racing under the club's name/colours - you must be on that
membership roster. I am monitoring race results (OCA and other) for those who
state membeship in our club, but have not joined for 2004. The OCA will be
notified if this happens.
If you have not renewed yet, please do so ASAP. Visit our join section of our
website for forms to download and send in.

3) A complete membership roster is also being sent to our club's racing
committee to be used for distribution of race points. Again, if you plan on
taking part in our club's TT's and RR's you must send in your membership forms
to be eligible for points and participation in general.
