Hi All,

The jersey selection process has ended! Thanks to everyone who submitted a
design, worked on the design and especially to those of you who voted.

Jersey #2 tallied the most votes with 15. (black side stripe)
Jersey 3 gathered 4 votes and Jersey 1 gathered 3 votes.

We had 22 members voting, with the 5 executive not voting - so pour
participation rate was almost as good as the recent Federal election!

Our next step is to order the jerseys.

To place your order, we will need:
1. the number of jerseys and
2. the jersey size you are ordering (sizing is found here:
http://www.louisgarneaucustom.com/tech_info/sizing_chart.asp) and
3. a cheque to cover the cost of the jersey(s)

The price per jersey is $75.00 including GST, PST and shipping to the OCC
head office from Quebec. The OCC does not put a mark-up / profit on the
jerseys.

Note on your cheque the size and quantity of the jersey(s) you are ordering
so that we have a definitive record of what you ordered and you will as
well. (ie 2 - XL / 1 - M / 3 - S)

On Monday, Oct 27th, we will place our order with Garneau.

We will not order your jersey without payment.

The jerseys will be scheduled to arrive in approximately 6 weeks (ie 1st
week or 2 in December). We will hold a club meeting (about winter training
schedules) at the start of December and hand out the jerseys to those who
are there. Or you can make other arrangements to pick up your jersey.

We need to order at least 16 jerseys to make up the order to LG. So if you
are thinking of Christmas presents, please order at this time.

If you are thinking of ordering a jersey in the spring, please consider
ordering it
now.

If we don't get an order for 16 jerseys, we MAY have to delay the order
until spring. We don't want that to happen as we all want to be in our new
club jersey for the start of the 2009 season.
