Many thanks to Bonnie and Susan for their Bio-Mat presentation and demonstration (my legs and back are feeling much better) and to Bent for his Tailwind Tours presentation (I'm dreaming of summer riding). Enjoying these presentations and some wine, beer, and munchies were Claire Gingrich and Ken Brennand (newbie returnees to cycling who want to build up to racing cx this fall), Rob Cheskey (who made his wife and daughter walk home from swimming so that he could come), Francois Faust (who just bought a house today with only a few days left before being homeless),  Mark Stuart (who bought a motorbike and got carbon soled cycling shoes thrown in for free) and his lovely partner (who didn't think that was such a good deal), and Ron Reinholt (who I think successful convinced Claire and Ken that they should buy mountain bikes and do the ocup races before doing cx).

Bonnie Smith <bonnie@..., 905-639-5980> distributes Amethyst Far-Infrared Bio Mats. I've tried the Bio-Mat for a short 10 minutes with the very pleasant result of having my very tight calfs (from training/riding) and aching back immediately start to tingle and relax, and feel much better. Others at the meeting also had very pleasant experiences.
