beautiful cycling tours (get you dreaming and planning for summer) and

I need your help planning March and April events. Please let me know what
days-times work for you and whether you would be interested in attending the
events below. Let me know ALL the dates-times that work for you so that I can
pick the ones that most people can make:

I'm arranging the following events with Christina Ruta of Bambu Pilates.
Christina has purchased Cyclefit (next door to Cyclepath at 507b Speers Road)
and is expanding the Spinning into a Pilates and Spinning Studio. Christina has
a M.Sc. Physiotherapy, B.H.Sc. KIN, and STOTT Pilates (IMP, AM, IR, ISP). You

Nutrition, Stength and Conditioning and Pilates for Cycling
-Christina will provide a lecture/presentation on the above topics. Chrisina
will demonstrate the Pilates machines and mat routines and provide you an
opportunity to briefly do the same.

April
April Fri 18, Sat 19, Fri 25, Sat 26 (Sundays are out as there are one/more
races on each one)
Fridays 7:30pm / Saturdays 2pm

Spinning plus Pilates class
40 minutes spinning and 30 minutes pilates class
$10 cost, which is a great discount from the regular $12 spin and $20 pilates

Bonnie Smith <bonnie@..., 905-639-5980> will provide a Amethyst
Far-Infrared Bio Mat presentation and allow you to experience them. At the
recent Lifestyle show, where Oakville Cycling Club had a booth, I tried this
Bio-Mat for a short 10 minutes with the very pleasant result of having my very
tight calfs (from training/riding) immediately start to tingle and relax, and
feel much better on the ride home.
