Bonnie Smith <bonnie@..., 905-639-5980> will provide a Amethyst Far-Infrared Bio Mat presentation and allow you to experience them. At the recent Lifestyle show, where Oakville Cycling Club had a booth, I tried this Bio-Mat for a short 10 minutes with the very pleasant result of having my very tight calfs (from training/riding) immediately start to tingle and relax, and feel much better on the ride home.
