The next monthly social is Feb 11 Thu 7pm at my house at which there will be

If you can't make it I hope to have Bonnie attend our next OCC Social Night on
Feb 7th and provide a presentation and demo. On this night Bent Fink-Jensen will
also be providing an exciting photo presentation on his Tailwind Tours including
Finger Lakes New York, Quebec, and Provence France. I'll be sending an
invitation this week to this exciting OCC social evening on Feb 7th.

At the recent Lifestyle show, where Oakville Cycling Club had a booth, I tried
this Bio mat for a short 10 minutes with the following very pleasant and
surprising results:
-My calfs which had been very tight from training/riding tingled, relaxed and
felt much better on the ride home.
