London’s Forest City Velodrome will be hosting a 4^th development camp for junior and elite women this January.  Building on highly successful camps in October, November, and December, the January camp will be offered to separate beginner and advanced groups.  Featuring women session leaders — an FCV first and an important aspect of our development program — the “Tier 1” camp will focus on basic bike handling skills and interval training.  The “Tier 2” camp will focus on Madison, match sprint, Keirin, and miss-and-out tactics and training.  Tier 1 is scheduled for 5-7 pm on Friday, January 11 and 9-11 am on Saturday, January 12.  Tier 2 happens 7-9 pm and 5-8 pm on those days.  Women interested in attending either of the Tier 1 sessions should pre-register by contacting Dina Ridha at info@....  Registration closes at 1 pm on Thursday, January 10.
