On September 22nd I'm competing in a 100k mountain bike race. Yes I will enjoy the race. However, more importantly I'm doing this to raise money for those with mental health problems. All of the proceeds from this event will go to the Canadian Mental Health Assoc. This event is a tribute to Paul Rush, who sadly took his own life. Paul was an avid mountain biker who loved the long hard ride in Ganaraski forest. For more information see the links below.
If you would like to pledge any amount please reply and let me know and I'll contact you. You can mail me the cheque and your address for a tax receipt, or I can pick it up from you.
If you are interested in doing a mtb race this is a fantastic one with 100k, 60k, 30k and 15k single loop routes through the beautiful Ganaraski forest.
