Last year Bob Webb hosted a get together at his house where a group of
riders discussed winter and spring training to get ready for the new season.
There was a presentation that focused on training options and techniques
designed to build fitness for the upcoming season. It was a great event and
was fun and casual.
Bob and I have decided to do it again. Bob will provide the house and I
will provide the hot air. The presentation has been updated to include some
new research into training and has some new and more detailed information
has been added as well. The information applies to anyone looking to build
some fitness (endurance, power, and speed). It is a bit more focused on
those riders that are fast recreational or looking to do some racing. The
goal is to show folks the easiest way to build a solid base that will hold
for the season and things that should be avoided. It is simple and it
works.
If you are interested we have a bunch of days to chooses from: (Mar 28, 29,
30; Apr 4, 5). We will start at 7:30pm and finish around 9:30pm. Please let
me know what day(s) do not work for you and we will pick the day that fits
the most schedules and email you the details.
