In dec.1963 I was called in ohio by a scout to attend a ny mets camp
in st. petersburg fla.I misunderstood the exact dates and showed up the
last day of the camp.Has anyone ever heard of a camp in dec in fla for
the mets,and what it consisted of?I went on to play semi-pro in ohio
and for the fon-du-lac red sox in wisconsin. thank you
