Hello everyone, even though many people think the season is next to
over, we think this is the perfect time to get a jump on next
season, for those of you that want to do speed or fitness skating,
indoor and outdoor, we are planing on running a skate clinic this
coming saturday 10/14/06 at 10 am (as long as it doesn't rain).with
the coaching of Francisco Ramirez and Oliver Martinez, this clinic
is NOT FOR SPEEDSKATERS ONLY, but rather for everyone that wants to
learn how to skate better and more efficiently. If you are
interested in learning to double push,to cross over, to stop with
out brakes or to just get better on your skates, then we have a
place for you.
We will show you dry land drills to keep your shape thru the
winter, technique drills to advance your skating and much more,
please since this is the first of hopefully many free clinics put
on by Empire skate members, we want to know how many of you are
interested, what you would like to be our focus for the clinic
and/or any comments that you might have.
