People ask me: "Hey, Jared, how can I keep rolling through the
winter?"

I know, winter's chilly rain and snow makes it hard to play in the
streets. The answer is easy! Come on up to the Key Skating Center
in the Bronx on tuesday and Thursday nights. Join the Empire Speed
workouts and you'll love how good it feels just to roll around for
a while.

But, come prepared to work. Our coaches Cathy Morante (Tuesday,
6:30-9:00pm) and Helen Havam (Thursday, 6:00-8:00pm) are ready to
help you skate better, faster, longer.

The practices are open for beginning, intermediate and advanced
skaters. The floor is freshly coated, so conditions have never been
better!

You don't need speed skates, you don't need to be a rock star on
wheels. Just bring your skates, helmet and wristguards and $9 floor
charge.

"Key Skating Center"
220 East 138th Street
Mott Haven, The Bronx

For details and directions, check out the Empire Speed website:
http://www.empirespeed.com

If for some reason the practice is canceled, a notice will be sent
out on the Empire Speed yahoogroup.

See you there!
Jared.

(Did I mention that the floor is freshly coated?)
