hey! PLEASE WEAR A HELMET & wear it properly!

I'm a veteran skater who just had a serious fall. a rock got stuck between the
wheel &
frame when I was going fast stoping that skate, sending me into uncontrollabe
spins till i
tripped over the curb. i broke my shoulder, but my injuries could have been
lifethreating
if i was not wearing my helmet.

PLEASE WEAR A HELMET & wear it properly! i've been skating for 12 years and i
didnt think
it was possible for me to injure myself so badly, but it CAN happen.
