This tournament is being hosted to help build the Grand Masters
Division.
Demonstrate to the UPA that formation of a Grand Masters division is
past due. Organize your team for the UPA club series tournaments.
Tune-up for the North American Grand Masters Tournament in Montreal
Put a top flight team together or bring a B team!
Philly is looking to put two teams in.
Hoping to get 8 teams...Boston, NY, Connecticut, Pittsburgh,
Wash/Balt, the Carolina's?
Also:
Family friendly
Combine with a City of Philly, or South Jersey shore vacation.
Fields are minutes from Center City and all the historical sites.
1 hour from Jersey shore.
Local Disc Golf course...5 minutes from the fields.
Awards: Case of Ommegang to the winning team (for those not going to
NY!)
Directions: Edgely Fields Philadelphia, PA. (Edgely Road and Belmont
Avenue)

Field amenities: Lined fields, water, bananas, philly soft pretzels,
bagels, pb&j.
Entertainment: BBQ and party on the fields Saturday night.
Schedule: 2 days, format will depend on the number of teams.
Emphasis will be on fun.
Lodging: Many hotels are conveniently located 15-20 minutes from
Edgely Fields in the Philadelphia area.
Camping is limited in the Philly area; however, some Philly GM
members will accommodate backyard tents.
