To request a team bid:

When requesting a bid, please include the following info:
a) Team Name
b) Contact Name
c) Address
d) Phone Number where you can be easily reached
e) Email address
f) Anticipated strength of your team for seeding purposes, including your preferred level of competition (hardcore: "Vultures", friendlier: "Turkeys")
g) The following phrase must be included in your bid request: “I understand that this is a coed tournament, and understand the roster implications to field a team of 4men / 3women throughout the day.”
If your bid is accepted, you will be required to immediately secure your team’s spot with a non-refundable $265.00 deposit made via paypal. Bid deposits should be sent by Paypal to garboj@...

FOOD: Delicious traditional Thanksgiving Day Feast served at 4pm, fruit etc, available throughout the day.
Trophies: 1rst and 2nd place trophies, as well as a Team Spirit Award.
Advice on Keeping Warm: It's in November ! Bring wind, rain, and snow gear, extra layers, warm socks, boots, etc. in order to keep warm during the day, and stick around and heckle during finals. No wimps! No Whiners!
