Hi,

I realize that the word hasn't gone out that permits are in place, but
I'm new to the city/NYCPUL and want to make sure that I don't miss the
boat. If/when permits are in place, how does one get put into the
draft?

Also, is there any other info online about when games are played?
Where they're played (dust bowl I'm assuming)?

Any other info for a newbie would be appreciated.
