Subject: [7Express] 7 Express Try-outs

7 Express, a New York area mixed squad that has been playing together since 2000, is holding try-outs this Saturday, April 14th at 11:30 a.m. at Eisenhower Park in beautiful Uniondale, New York.  We travel to numerous tournaments throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic with an occasional stopover in Perth, Australia.  (Yes, Worlds was all that and more.)  7X is looking for spirited, talented and fun players eager for tournament action throughout the spring, summer and fall.  If you're interested, please contact Russ Bogin at rbogin@... or Andrew Park at drewbaby@gmail.com  

 

Directions to Eisenhower Park are set out below.  It takes about 45 minutes to get there from mid-town Manhattan, traffic dependent and the fields are worth the drive.  If you do not have a car but want to attend, please let us know and we may be able to arrange rides from Manhattan and Queens.

From the Long Island Expressway or Grand Central Parkway,

Go onto Northern Parkway east and take exit #31A onto Meadowbrook Pkwy
Go onto Meadowbrook Parkway South

Take Exit #M3W onto Merchants Concourse toward Steward Ave

Turn Left onto Stewart Ave

Take Stewart Ave into Eisenhower Park.

Take road to Field 6 and park in lot on the right.  

 

From Southern State Parkway take Exit 22N onto Meadowbrook Pkwy

Go onto Meadowbrook Parkway North

Take the Eisenhower Exit (after #M4)

Turn Right onto Stewart Ave

Take Stewart Ave into Eisenhower Park.

Take road to Field 6 and park in lot on the right.
