Dear NYCPUL Community and all metro area Ultimate players at large.

Many thanks for participating in the 3rd Annual Amir Lopatin Spirit ofthe Game Ultimate Tournament in Central Park last Sunday. We raised over a thousand dollars* for the Amir Lopatin Scholarship fund, www.amirlopatin.com , and over a hundred players, guests, visitors and family members participated in a beautiful afternoon of ultimate in memory of the founder of NYCPUL, Amir Lopatin, who secured the first permits for us to play officially in Central Park. Amir also helped us understand the importance of mutual respect among players in a game, that winning isn't everything, and that everyone should have an opportunity to participate.

As in past years, we will post pictures of the event, and if you have taken any that you would like to add to the series, please send them to us.You can also upload them yourself to the Yahoo group.
