The 10th Edition of the Ultimate Players
Association (UPA) rules calls for a 10-count
stall to keep the flow of the game moving.
Some are concerned that this is intimidating to
less experienced players. What do you think?

o We should maintain stall count and encourage new players to learn to play by
the rules.
o We should change the rules and ban the stall count so new players can feel
more comfortable.
