Speaking of Gold, the page color is Old Gold, just like the Throwback uniforms, and it takes us back to the days of Nile Kinnick. This year is Kinnick Stadium's 79th birthday, and marks the 65th year since Kinnick was lost to his alma mater, State, and Nation while serving in the Naval Air Corps Reserves.
