FWSA is collecting information on membership--and for a few minutes of your
time, you will be entered to win a Ski Trip for Two!!! PLEASE share this
important message from FWSA with all ski/snowboard club membes:

Far West Ski Association is conducting a survey of our membership. By
completing this survey you will be eligible to enter a drawing for A Ski Week
for Two to Sunshine Village, Banff, Alberta, Canada.

Ski trip package includes: round trip air transportation provided by
Horizon Air Holidays, slope side accommodations for five nights at the
Banff Sunshine Inn, and five days of lift tickets at Sunshine Village
for two. This package is valid with advance booking during non-holiday
weeks in the 2001-2002 ski season.

After completing the survey, when you click the Submit button, an entry
form screen will be available for entering the Sunshine Village ski trip
package drawing. You will only see this screen if you have completed all
survey questions requiring answers. Your name is collected separate
from your survey responses. The survey is completely anonymous.

The winner will be drawn and announced at the Far West Ski Association
Convention Annual Awards Banquet on Saturday, June 9, 2001. You need
not be present to win.

The survey is available through Friday June 8th. Please only one survey
per person. It is critical to the success of Far West Ski Association
that we have accurate data on our membership. This information will be
used to guide FWSA in providing the services our members would like to
have. The data will enable FWSA to build relationships and sponsorships
with the ski industry.
