MT. HOOD HERITAGE DAY - September 24th

Full day event in Government Camp. Sponsored by Mt. Hood Museum & Cultural
Center. This is a fundraiser for Mt. Hood Museum & Cultural Center. Any
ski club can have free table space - contact Lloyd Musser at
moydmusser@... (503-621-3387). NWSCC will have a space and display
Council history and activities.

Activities include Collectibles Show & Sale, Museum Open House, Mt. Hood
Cruise-In, Heritage Booths, Silent Auction & Heritage Buffet





TELLURIDE - Far West Ski Week Trip - Feb 4-11, 2006

We know it's hard to be thinking about skiing, when the sun is still
shining, and we haven't hit the first day of fall yet. But............

There's a great trip coming up in February! Far West Ski Association is
hosting a week-long trip to Telluride. The price of $1320 includes: round
trip air from Portland to Montrose (ground transportation included); 7
nights lodging at the Telluride Lodge, 5 days skiing; a welcome party,
racing, an apres ski party one day, a mountain picnic one day, and a
terrific farewell banquet the night before we all leave. Mark your
calendar for February 4th-11th, and send your $700 deposit now to Northwest

MT. HOOD MEADOWS - 4X4 SEASON PASS

Mount Hood Meadows "4Buy4 Season Passes" are now available for purchase for
only $425. They must be purchased by groups of 4 people, and it has to be
done by November 7, 2005. This pass was designed for people aged between 23
- 64. There are other, better deals for other ages.

You must find 3 other people first. Don't try to purchase a pass until you
have a complete foursome. Then the group leader has to initiate the process
by entering all 4 names on the Mt. Hood Meadows web site. You can find more
