TIMBERLINE SKI RESORT & NWSCC---"SPRING FLING":
Timberline Lodge has offered all NWSCC clubs a special Spring Fling
commencing Sunday, April 17th through Thursday night, April 21st 2005.
Timberline room prices have been greatly reduced to $74 per night, and lift
tickets reduced to $25. Thus a couple can stay overnight @ Timberline, and
ski for $62 per person. Timberline has offered to provide us with a Boom
Box and/or CD player and a place to party it up. So bring along your
favorite danceable CD's and tape cassettes & we skiers will have a great

MT. BACHELOR SKI RESORT:
Winter returned to Mt. Bachelor this week as temperatures dip and several
inches of new snow has fallen. Making the new snow even more enticing are
the ticket deals being offered during the Spring Break period. Until April
17, 2005 kids ages 6--12 get free multi-day lift tickets when they stay with
their parents at participating Central Oregon hotels, motels and resorts.
Mt. Bachelor is also giving daily lift ticket discounts for season pass
holders from closed resorts in Washington, Idaho and Oregon. College
students also get a break on ticket prices when they show their valid
student identification. For the remainder of the 2004-2005 Season college
students can buy a two of three day ticket for only $49.00. For more

Bachelor is in the Cascade Mountain Range just 22 miles from Bend, Oregon.
3,683 acres of terrain surround the classic cone-shaped peak of 9,065 feet.

resorts in North America.
SKI ANTHONY LAKES:
Open through April 10 (weekends only). Ski Anthony Lakes will continue the
regular schedule of operation in April. Ski Anthony Lakes will be open
April 2, 3, 9 & 10, but needs your support to do so! The Handletow will not
be in operation, and the Wonder Carpet will run for lessons only. The Rock
Garden Chairlift will be in operation 9am-4pm. Fresh snow has made for epic
skiing and snowboarding, and the ski area wants to stay in operation through
the regular schedule in April, but needs support from the local and regional
skiers and snowboarders to do so. Food Drive - Saturday and Sunday - April
9 & 10
Ski Anthony Lakes will be accepting food donation on Saturday and Sunday,
April 9 & 10. The donated food will be given to Community Connection in
Baker City and La Grande. Snow Rodeo & Live Music (The Hell Hounds) -
Saturday - April 9. The Snow Rodeo will feature barrel races on skis, the
traditional Cowboy Snow Golf Tournament, the Cowboy Downhill Race, and Live
Music from The Hell Hounds at 3:30pm in the Starbottle Saloon.
Customer Appreciation Day - Sunday - April 10. Sunday, April 10, 2005 is
Customer Appreciation Day at Ski Anthony Lakes. FREE lift tickets to
everyone in attendance! It's Ski Anthony's way of saying THANK YOU to
everyone that has supported the organization this season. April 10 is your
