SKI ANTHONY LAKES:

Ski Anthony Lakes, North Powder, Oregon, was able to open and run the Rock Garden Chairlift Sunday, November 28, our first day of operation for the 2004-2005 season.  The Nordic Center had 6k of groomed trail.  The upcoming weekend will be our first full weekend of operation.  We will be open on Saturday and Sunday (December 4 & 5), 9am-4pm.  Burton Demos – December 4.  Victorian Christmas – December 4.   Food Drive – December 4-5 & December 11-12.   Our snow report is available via the internet – www.anthonylakes.com, and the telephone – 541-856-3277 x1.

 

 

MT. BACHELOR SKI RESORT:

January 6-9, 2005 will see the best snowboarders in America at the Chevrolet US Snowboard Grand Prix.  In 2006 this stop on the Grand Prix circuit will be a US Olympic Team qualifying event.  Snowboarders interested in making the US squad for the 2006 Winter Olympics will be here this January to check out the venues.  Chris Johnson, Communications Manager,   cjohnston@...,    541-693-0957

 

 

 
SALOMON  OASIS  PROJECT  HITS  OREGON & WASHINGTON 
Sixth Annual Salomon Oasis is gearing up to hit 13 winter resorts this season. The weekend-long celebration features free equipment and apparel demos, giveaways, contests and a variety of entertainment options.   Win free gear, test ride skis & snowboards from Salomon, Bonfire & Arc'Teryx.   Over 200 pairs of skis & snowboards available for FREE demos.
