The Bend Ski Club and MBSEF will once again sponsor two NASTAR races at Mt. Bachelor. The dates are:
Sunday Jan. 16, 2005 (Martin Luther Kings Birthday weekend) and
Sunday, Feb. 13, 2005 (Mt. Bachelor's Winterfest weekend).
The race on February 13th will be the Second Annual Mike Puddy Memorial Race.
These races are the only NASTAR races to be held in the states of Oregon and Washington. They will make it possible for local and regional skiers and snowboarders to qualify for the highly successful NASTAR National Championships which will be held in Park City, Utah on March 24 - 27, 2005. For more information on NASTAR racing log on to www.nastar.com.
Volunteers are needed for publicity and day of race registration. Sponsors will be most welcome. Please respond by return email if you can help in any way.
