You will need to know what club you are going to pull with. Then you
must decide which class you would want to pull in. Then you have to go
thru the rules for that class as a guideline for what you are allowed
to do and the safety requirements.

The tractor you have in mind may or may not be suitable to build into a
puller for a club local to you.
