We here at the Nittany Wrestling Federation would like to congratulate our champion, Too Phat Yutzak Arafat on achieving his life long dream of being in the World Wrestling Federation. Arafat will be assisting the Creative Writing team, and will begin working this up coming week. We at the NWF want to wish Yutzak the best, and thank him for all his hard work and dedication.
While Yutzak may be moving on, the NWF will be evolving into a sister promotion. Make sure to visit www.empusa.net/nwf for news concerning this.

Nittany Wrestling Federation - Results VIP: Very Intense Punishment 3: The Season Finale Friday, March 30, 2001 Penn State White Building, State College, PA http://www.empusa.net/nwf
All good things must come to an end. The Nittany Wrestling Federation held its "season finale" on Friday, March 30 at 8 PM in the Penn State White Building. VIP: Very Intense Punishment 3 was the climactic end of the 2000-2001 NWF year, the end of an era in the NWF, and a night sure to go down in the annals of independent pro-wrestling history.
NWF Contract Match: Lucifer vs. Derrick Brown The night began with an NWF Contract Match, as two newcomers, Lucifer and Derrick Brown, battled for the right to join the NWF roster. After only a few moments into the contest, Tommy Golden made his way down the aisle and interrupted the match. With the infamous lead pipe in one hand, and a ring mic in the other, Golden reminded both Lucifer and Brown that no one came into the NWF without his permission. Lucifer was not impressed with Golden's threats, and he tried to attack Golden but Golden punched him out with a chain wrapped around his fist. Then Derrick Brown attempted to come at Golden, but Golden grabbed him and executed the Jackpot on Brown, and then he cleared the ring. Once again Golden had disrupted another NWF Contract match, and neither man was able to win entry into the federation.
NWF Tag Team Championships: Los Hermanos Fumar (c) vs. Tommy Golden/Mystery Partner After clearing the ring, Golden once again got on the mic and stated that he wanted to wrestle for the NWF Tag Team Titles right now. He introduced his mystery tag team partner as none other than former NWF Champion "Zero Gravity" Mason Cage! Cage had not been seen in the NWF in almost a year, as he lost the NWF Title at last year's VIP. The NWF Tag Team Champions Los Hermanos Fumar then made their way to the ring. This match was an exciting contest between these two teams. It was clear that Golden's pride was still smarting from the Fumars attacking him backstage at Retribution and taking him out of the main event that night, as he took out his aggressions on the two cousins.
During the match as Golden was outside the ring, suddenly Lucifer and Derrick Brown returned, along with several other men who had been attacked by Golden during NWF Contract matches throughout the entire year. All of the men beat on Golden with whatever weapons they had. Meanwhile Los Hermanos Fumar were working over Cage inside the ring. After the Contract match wrestlers left ringside, the Fumars went to the outside and tried to inflict more damage on Golden. However at this time, the Saints of Sycho made a surprising appearance and started to attack the Fumars, seeking revenge against the Fumars who had cheated to retain the tag straps in a match against SOS a month earlier. As Kasey Coresh held back one of the Fumars, St. Patrick tried to nail him but St. Patrick nailed Coresh instead. The Fumars made their way back into the ring, and then SOS started to brawl each other at ringside while the match continued in the ring. Golden and Cage took advantage on the confusion, as Golden hit the Jackpot on Fumar Tres. Cage then went to the top turnbuckle and executed the Zero Gravity Shooting Star Press on Fumar Tres for the win, as Cage and Golden became brand new NWF Tag Team Champions.
NWF Award Presentation: Event of the Year The winner of the first of several NWF 2000-2001 Fan's Choice Awards was announced. Penn State: State Penn from November 18, 2000, was voted as the NWF Event of the year. The event featured an 8-man Nittany Survivor Match, in which Team Too Phat defeated Million Dollar Wendal's Dream Team, which saw Wendal leave the NWF in disgrace as part of the match stipulations.
Impromptu Match: Casey Koresh vs. Saint Patrick Casey Koresh returned to ringside, and he grabbed the ring mic. He blasted his tag team partner Saint Patrick for screwing up their chance at revenge against the Fumars. He said that Saints of Sycho were through, and then he challenged St. Patrick to a match. St. Patrick answered the challenge, and the two former tag partners battled it out in a heated contest. Casey Koresh seemed to dominate the match for the most part, but it was Saint Patrick who scored the win against his ex-friend.
NWF Award Presentations: Most Hated Wrestler, Most Popular Wrestler, Wrestler of the Year Ring Announcer Eric Covil announced that Tommy Golden had been voted by NWF fans as "Most Hated Wrestler." Meanwhile on the opposite side of the coin, NWF Champion "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat was presented with both "Most Popular Wrestler" and "Wrestler of the Year." Arafat then spoke to the fans briefly, thanking them for their votes and allowing him to win the awards. He went on to say that it had been a roller coaster week for "Too Phat" as on Monday he learned that he had broken a bone in his left foot and that the doctors had advised him not to wrestle in the MaraTHON match against Desire later in the night. He also related on a more positive note how he had been to Stamford, CT, to speak with WWF officials during the week. Arafat said that despite the injury, he intended to wrestle no matter what and that defending the belt was his top priority and the fans deserved to see Arafat vs. Desire one final time.
Match to Crown the 1st NWF I-C Champion: Ruckus vs. Rapid Fire Maldonado The NWF announced the formation of a new title, the Intercontinental belt, earlier in the week. NWF officials named Ruckus and Rapid Fire Maldonado as the number one contenders for the belt, after Maldonado had been screwed out of the University Park Title a few times by the Fumars, and Ruckus had made an impressive NWF debut just a week earlier. This match showed off the athleticism of Ruckus, as this near-300 pound man was able to flip, jump, and fly as good as any cruiserweight in all of pro-wrestling. Rapid Fire was able to keep Ruckus in check with his "educated feet." The match was very hard-fought as both men wanted to taste NWF gold, and in the end it was Ruckus who had walked out of VIP as the first-ever NWF I-C Champ.
Four Corners Elimination Match: Feature Presentation vs. "Simply Astonishing" Kevin KanEvil vs. Bax vs. Sellina Snatch After all four participants were introduced, it was Snatch and KanEvil, renewing their rivalry, who locked up in the early moments of the match. Snatch seemed to get the better of KanEvil, and KanEvil tagged out to Feature Presentation, who didn't seem to be too thrilled to be fighting a woman. However Snatch was eliminated first when Feature Presentation had her covered and KanEvil held down her feet from the outside so she was unable to kick out of the pin. Snatch was visibly upset that she had been eliminated in this manner, but the match continued as it was now Kanevil and Feature Presentation going at it. With the distraction of Snatch now eliminated, KanEvil seemed to become more comfortable in the match, and he showed off some of the skills that at one point made him a #1 contender for the NWF Title. However Bax and Feature formed an alliance and the two men began to double-team KanEvil. Bax hit KanEvil with a diving headbutt as Feature held down KanEvil. Feature then lifted KanEvil up on his shoulders and Bax nailed Simply Astonishing with the Doomsday Device before eliminating KanEvil from the contest. Bax and Feature then went at it in the ring, and it was Bax who won the four corners match as he eliminated Feature.
Mask vs. Hair match for the University Park Championship: Fumar Dos (c) vs. Fumar The match between these two men came about when Fumar Dos won the University Park Title from Fumar in the tag match the week before VIP at Retribution. A lot was riding on the line in this match, in addition to the University Park Title being up for grabs. The stipulations stated that if Fumar won the match, then he would get to unmask Fumar Dos and everyone would finally get to see just who Fumar Dos really is. If Fumar Dos won the match, not only would Fumar have to shave his head, but the true identity of Fumar Dos may never be known.
There was a lot of bad blood between these two men, and it didn't take long for Fumar to leave the ring and return with a ladder. Referee Tom loosened the rules of the match, allowing the ladder to be used without disqualifying either man. It was Fumar Dos, though, who seemed to use the ladder to his advantage the most, ramming Fumar into it at various time, and even using it to choke Fumar in a modified Camel Clutch. However Fumar used the ladder often as well, placing his opponent under it and stomping on him, and also executing legdrops on it. The match seemed to end though, when Fumar Tres, who had been present at ringside with a tennis racket, entered the ring and nailed Fumar with the racket. Fumar Tres followed up with a pin and Referee Tom counted the three.
However, Referee Tom soon realized that it was Fumar Tres and not Fumar Dos that made the pin, and he ordered the match to continue. At which point Fumar Dos was holding Fumar when when Fumar Tres went to slam the tennis racket into Fumar's head. Fumar ducked, and Fumar Tres then nailed Fumar Dos, swinging the racket so hard that it came back and nailed him in the head as well. Fumar then went upstairs for Fumacity, and he got the 1-2-3 on Fumar Dos to regain the NWF University Park Title for an unprecedented 4th time.
After the match Fumar grabbed Fumar Dos by the head and pulled off his mask, revealing none other than John Balsamo, who most people figured was Fumar Dos all along. Then Fumar grabbed a hold of Fumar Tres, ripped off his mask, and everyone in the NWF Arena was shocked to see none other than former multiple-time NWF Tag Team Champion Rick Silver! Silver had not been seen in the NWF in over a year, and it seemed that he was the man behind Fumar Tres the entire time.
30-Minute Marathon Match for the NWF Championship: "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat (c) vs. "LiveWire" Dave Desire The winner of this NWF Title match would be the man who could win the most falls in 30 minutes. This match came about when NWF fans voted "LiveWire" Dave Desire as the #1 contender for the NWF title for VIP back in February, even though Desire had been sidelined by a crippling collarbone injury for a year. At first Desire was reluctant to accept the fans' invitation, but after an internet campaign to get him to return, he accepted the great honor.
Desire's opponent, and also long-time friend, NWF Champion "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat was also coming into the contest at less than peak condition. Word came in to the NWF website earlier in the week that Arafat had broken his left foot in the tag match the previous week. With both men, Desire and Arafat, being less than 100%, the question on everyone's mind prior to the match was: how will they be able to compete for 30 minutes?
Prior to the match, "Zero Gravity" Mason Cage was announced as the special referee, taking Tom's place as he had been put out of commission by Balsamo. The match started off quickly as Arafat got the pin following the Sitar in about one minute. From there the match continued, as Dave Desire missed a maneuver in the turnbuckle, allowing Arafat to climb to to the top rope and hit the CamelSault for the 3 count. Arafat was now up 2 falls to none. From there, Rick Silver and John Balsamo made their way to ringside, but Dave Desire took them out with a steel chair. Desire then turned around and accidentally hit Arafat, as he did not expect him to be outside the ring. Desire climbed back inside the squared circle as Arafat lied unconscious outside the ring, and Desire won his first fall via count out. Arafat still led the match 2 falls to 1.
Meanwhile a man wearing a Fumar Dos mask appreared and took out John Balsamo, only to be revealed as Referee Tom, as Tom got some sweet revenge against Dos for attacking him after the UP Title match. Tom then helped the orginal Fumar (who has made his way to ringside by this point) set up a table and the two old enemies placed Balsamo onto it. Fumar then climbed to the top of a storage cabinet, and delivered Fumacity to Balsamo through a table as the fans went nuts. The match continued hot and heavy, as it seemed that the now consious Arafat had gained control once again, however Desire was able to escape Da Bomb attempt, and hit the Desire Driver for his second fall. The contest was now tied at 2 falls apiece
The action went back and forth as it seemed the injuries of both men had now begun to play a factor in this match-up. Desire began to drop multiple leg drops to the lower abdomen of Arafat, but Arafat managed to block the third attempt, and turn it over into the Allah Leg Lock. Desire held on longer than anyone in NWF history. It seemed as if Desire was going to make it to the ropes, however, just as he was about to reach the ropes, he passed out due to the pain. Arafat was majorly concerned as the Livewire was motionless in the ring. Mason Cage who was the special guest ref, signaled for help. Unfortunatelty, Rick Silver and Balsamo returned to attack Arafat, only to be thrwarted by Rapid Fire, Bax, Fumar, and others.
Finally the ring was cleared and LiveWire was up and about. He grabbed the microphone and he then spoke from the heart. Desire explained how Yutzak Arafat asked him to come back one more time. He said that he didn't know if he could go the distance, but he wanted to find out for himself if he could. He thanked all the fans, and said that tonight was his final wrestling match ever. Desire then said that Yutzak is your champ, and he gave the mic to his friend. Yutzak congratuled Dave on a great match, and he thanked the fans for all their support throughout the years, and stated that its because of them that the NWF was possible.
Suddenly Rick Silver, Tommy Golden, and John Balsamo, who had been watching at ringside, joined Arafat, Desire, Rapid Fire, Cage, Bax, Referee Tom, and Fumar in the ring. Silver extended his hand in a show of respect, and the two sides came together as the fans cheered wildly. All of the NWF roster shook hands and embraced in a mutual sign of respect and sportsmanship. The entire NWF roster then took a final curtain call as three years of Nittany Wrestling Federation action came to a rousing end.
Friday, March 30, 2001 was the end of an era for the Nittany Wrestling Federation. Tonight's edition of "Monday Night Mayhem" will look back on NWF VIP 3: The Season Finale which featured a 30-Minute Marathon match for the NWF Title with "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat defending the gold against his long-time friend "LiveWire" Dave Desire, in Desire's farewell match!

Dirty Works Report
by The Big Dirty
ALL ABOARD!! Ha ha ha ha ha!
Yes, the crazy train is back, the Big Dirty Express is here, and just in time! Retribution is less than a week old, V.I.P is roughly 24 hours away, and rumors are running rampant throughout the NWF hierarchy. What the hell's going on?!
Well, I can tell you this much for sure. Retribution could possibly go down as one of the most controversial NWF events ever! To kick off the show, the NWF Champ, Too Phat Yutzak Arafat addressed the crowd and had to explain that Penn State's Risk Management team had pulled the plug on our Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match! Everyone was pissed, naturally, but Too Phat assured us we'd see a great show nonetheless.
Our first match saw Penn State's own Feature Presentation take on CZW phenom Ruckus. But before the match could get underway it was interrupted by none other than the Storm...that's right, Shawn Storm is back!! The Thunderous One was in no mood for a celebration though. He blasted the fans for not giving a damn while he was on the shelf from the rib-cracking Boston Crab he suffered from Fumar Dos at Y2K1. He went on to tell Feature Presentation that he intended to take out his frustration on Ruckus. F.P. didn't back down though and so the match was made into a 3-Way Elimination match! Unfortunately, Storm was out first after a devastating powerbomb that may have re-injured his already softened ribs. Ruckus defeated Feature Presentation after he displayed an arsenal of high-flying and death-defying moves, including a moonsault, Senton Bomb, and a Shooting Star Press! If you missed this, be sure to be there at V.I.P. this Friday to see this man in action again!
Next up, the Fumar cousins defended their belts against an impressive team in Partnaz 'n' Crime. However, not before they put the boots to Shawn Storm as he was leaving the ring. The tension between Dos and Storm is thick! A storm could be brewing!
Sellina Snatch improved to 2-0 after defeating Original I, who looked a hell of a lot like a festively plump Kevin KanEvil. Will KanEvil exact revenge against Snatch? Better yet, WILL HE BE ABLE to get his revenge? Snatch is tough! This one might not be over!
Travis Dee joined the NWF roster after defeating the Hurricane Kid in a contract match. Good luck to Travis!
In the final match of the night, the Fumar cousins defeated Too Phat and Fumar, and Dos became the new University Park champion. There was some controversy in this one too though. Risk Management thought they had pulled the plug on any dangerous elements, however, Fumar got a chair shot to the head, and then was whipped into the ring pole with another chair wrapped around his neck! It was brutal! Then, it looked like Yutzak was going to go for the leg drop through the merchandise table, but Tres saved Dos in time. It was a wild night to say the least!
As a result for this "dangerous display of activity" Risk Management has taken it upon themselves to consider shutting down the Nittany Wrestling Federation. Rumors are swirling that V.I.P. might not just be Dave Desire's retirement match, but the whole Federation's retirement match! Don't let it happen! E-mail the NWF with your comments and we'll send them on! In any case, we won't go down without a fight. If need be, yours truly Big Dirty, will put Risk Management through a table and see how they like that!
Switching gears real fast, be sure to be ready for this Friday night. It's the last Nittany Wrestling Federation show of the semester, and if Risk Management has it their way, it could be the last show ever! Here's a rundown of the tentative schedule that night:
The Feature Presentation is hungry after a tough loss this past Saturday, and he'll have all he can handle with Kevin KanEvil and Bax in a 4-Corners match! Also Snatch will be involved in the match. Will Snatch to break off KanEvil a piece? Can Bax continue his assault on the NWF?
Ruckus will be back and will be sure to bring the ruckus once again as he takes on Rapid Fire Maldonado as they battle for the newly-minted NWF I-C Title. These two heavyweights are sure to put on a hell of a show!
Fumar Dos will defend his newly acquired University Park title against his supposed cousin Fumar in a Hair v. Mask match!
Los Hermanos Fumar will be in action against Tommy Golden, who they assaulted at the last show, and Tommy's mystery partner. Who will Golden choose? Will the mystery partner be the man that Desanto and Heresy were talking on the cellphone with months ago? Where is Shawn Storm? Could the Thunderous One come back for some payback on Fumar Dos? Time will tell....
Speaking of time...the match of the night could very well be Arafat and Desire in the Marathon Match! But how well will Too Phat be able to compete after suffereing an injured foot? At the time of this report, Big Dirty's informers say that he will be an action regardless of an injury or not. Will Desire take advantage of this? It just might be VERY INTENSE PUNISHMENT for Yutzak Arafat!
Okay kids, Big Dirty is outta here, so be sure to come out for our last show of the semester, and watch Dave Desire in his final match ever! See you on Friday at 8PM in the White Building! Same Dirty time, Same Dirty channel...
Nittany Wrestling Federation presents... VIP: Very Intense Punishment 3: The Season Finale! 8 PM - Friday, March 30 - Penn State White Building by Justin Cryder http://www.empusa.net/nwf
The Nittany Wrestling Federation will have its "season finale" this Friday, March 30 at 8 PM in the Penn State White Building. VIP: Very Intense Punishment 3 will be the climactic end of the 2000-2001 NWF year, a "Night of Champions," a "Night of Returns," and a night sure to go down in the annals of independent pro-wrestling history. Experience all the glitz, all the glamor, and the pageantry of this year's VIP! As always admission is 100% free!
Here are the matches for VIP 3, as announced LIVE on "Monday Night Mayhem" this week:
30-Minute Marathon Match for the NWF Title: "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat vs. "LiveWire" Dave Desire, in Desire's Farewell Match. The winner of the match will be the man who can win the most falls in 30 minutes. This match came about when NWF fans voted "LiveWire" Dave Desire as the #1 contender for the NWF title for VIP back in February, even though Desire had been sidelined by crippling collarbone injury for a year. At first Desire was reluctant to accept the fans' invitation, but after an internet campaign to get him to return, he accepted the great honor.
Desire's opponent will be NWF Champion "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat, one of his long-time friends. After teaming with Fumar against Los Hermanos Fumar at Retribution, Arafat can finally focus on his NWF Title defense against Desire. But word came in to the NWF website on Monday that Arafat had broken his left foot in the tag match this past Saturday. His place in the main event is now in doubt, as questions have arised about whether he will be able to compete.
With both men, Desire and Arafat, being less than 100%, how will they be able to compete for 30 minutes at VIP? How will these two men, these two friends, be able to battle against each other, knowing the injuries they have incurred could become more aggrevated and cause permanent damage to their bodies? What lengths will these two men go to, to fight for the top prize in the NWF? VIP will provide us the answers this Friday.
University Park Title: Fumar Dos will defend the title against Fumar in a mask vs. hair match At Retribution when Fumar Dos won the University Park Title, he became only the third man in NWF history to be a dual champion in the NWF, joining such illustrious company as Yutzak Arafat and Dave Desire.
At VIP, Fumar Dos and Fumar, the two supposed relatives, will do battle in a match that is not only for the University Park Title, but is a mask vs. hair match! If Fumar wins the match, he will get to unmask Fumar Dos and we will finally get to see just who this man really is. If Fumar Dos wins the match, not only will Fumar have to shave his head, but the true identity of Fumar Dos may never be known. Clearly a lot is riding on the line in this match, and what better place to settle this than at VIP.
NWF Tag Team Titles: Los Hermanos Fumar (Fumar Dos & Fumar Tres) will defend the tag belts against Tommy Golden & a mystery partner At first, no one took Los Hermanos Fumar seriously. But now after Fumar Dos and Fumar Tres have had a successful run as NWF Tag Team Champions, defeating the likes of The Damned and several other teams, Los Hermanos Fumar are a force to be reckoned with.
The cousins not only have shown incredible cohesion together in the ring, but they have also shown a vicious mean streak that has enabled their success. Fumar Dos' Boston Crab sidelined Shawn Storm for several months with three broken ribs, and when Storm returned at Retribution on Saturday, Dos locked in the Crab once again, shelving Storm perhaps once and for all.
Also at Retribution, Fumar Dos and Fumar Tres took out Tommy Golden backstage, allowing Tres to take Golden's place in the main event tag match. During the match, Dos blatantly attacked both Sellina Snatch and Sahara Sarah, and as Arafat checked on the condition of both women, Dos and Tres isolated Fumar and screwed him out of the UP Title.
At VIP, Golden will have the chance for revenge on Los Hermanos Fumar. Had he been able to participate in the main event at Retribution, Golden believes that it would be he, not Arafat, wrestling in the main event at VIP and defending the NWF Title. Golden has enlisted a mystery partner for this match, and the identity of this individual is definitely a puzzle. In his years in the NWF, Golden has made very few friends, and what friends he has made he has alienated in his quest to be NWF Champion. So just who will Golden's partner be at VIP, and together will they be able to finally end Los Hermanos Fumars' reign? We shall see!
Ruckus vs. Rapid Fire Maldonado Ruckus made one of the most impressive debuts in NWF history as he came away the winner in an explosive match against Feature Presentation last Saturday. This up-and-coming superstar will once again put his high-flying skills on display for the world to see this Friday night at VIP, as this time he battles Rapid Fire Maldonado.
Maldonado is a man who has been close to the University Park Title on a couple occasions, but who has always had the rug pulled out from underneath him by forces beyond his control. Popular amongst the fans, Maldonado has shown that he has the heart of a champion, even though he does not have the gold to prove it. At VIP this uncrowned champion will test himself against Ruckus, one of the most daring superstars in all of pro-wrestling, and what a battle it will be.
Three-way dance: Feature Presentation vs. Kevin KanEvil vs. Bax Coming off the heels of a hard-fought loss to Ruckus, Feature Presentation, whose stock is rising in the NWF, will take on fellow Penn Stater Kevin KanEvil, and another up-and-coming superstar in the NWF, the undefeated Bax. All three of these young guns will be shooting to steal the card on a night that is packed, from top-to-bottom, with the most potential in the 3-year history of any NWF event.
Plus: Sellina Snatch, Sahara Sarah, and who knows what surprises lay in store for the NWF fans at VIP: Very Intense Punishment, this Friday at 8 PM in the Penn State White Building!
NWF Champion "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat breaks his foot
It was revealed today after medical examinations, that NWF Champion "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat suffered a broken left foot during the tag team main event match at Retribution on Saturday. The extent of the injury at this point is not known. Nittany Wrestling Federation RETRIBUTION - Saturday, Mar. 24 - RESULTS State College, PA at Penn State White Building
Here are the quick results from Saturday. A more detailed report will be issued soon on the NWF website at http://www.empusa.net/nwf.
The Big News: NWF Champion "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat opened the show with an interview in which he informed all in attendance that the scheduled "Tables, Ladders, and Chairs" match had been cancelled by Penn State's Department of Risk Management because it was too "dangerous." The NWF is funded by the University's Student Activity Fee, and Risk Management did not approve of the use of tables, ladders, or chairs in the match, even though the NWF has held these types of matches in the past and no one was ever injured. Later in the evening a petition to Penn State and the Department of Risk Management was circulated amongst the audience by the Penn State Pro-Wrestling Club.
Match Results: - CZW star Ruckus, making his NWF debut, beat Penn State's own Feature Presentation and Shawn Storm in a three-way dance. Before the match, Storm, who was not scheduled for Retribution, came to the ring and blasted the fans for not caring about him during his months out of action due to his rib injury suffered at the hands of Fumar Dos' Boston Crab. He also demanded that Feature Presentation give up his match against Ruckus to him. Feature Presentation refused to give up the match. Then Ruckus made his entrance and said he would be willing to fight in a three-way dance with the two Penn State pro wrestlers. Storm was eliminated first by Ruckus early on, as he appeared to still not be at 100% from his injury. Ruckus and Feature Presentation battled it out for the rest of the match, for which the crowd was electrified by the efforts of both men. Ruckus eventually won the contest. After the match, he and Feature shook hands in a show of respect, but then Shawn Storm came back into the ring and tried to take it to Ruckus, but Ruckus would have none of it and laid him out. This match was phenomenal as Ruckus especially wowed the Penn State crowd with his acrobatic maneuvers, included in which was a moonsault off of the top of the bleachers, a shooting star press, and several other incredible moves that words could not do justice. If you missed this man in action on Saturday, you still have a chance to see him in action in the NWF's final event of the year this Friday.
- Los Hermanos Fumar retained the NWF Tag Team Titles against the debuting Partnaz 'n Crime. Before the match Fumar Dos and Fumar Tres attacked Shawn Storm while he was trying to leave the ringside area. As Dos put Storm back into the Boston Crab outside of the ring, Tres lept off of the top turnbuckle onto Storm, delivering a viscious elbow to him. Dos and Tres then defended their belts against Doc and OGB, and after a hard-fought match Los Hermanos Fumar came out victorious with the Fondo de la Roca.
- Sellina Snatch (w/Sahara Sarah) defeated Kevin KanEvil. Before the match, KanEvil came to the ring claiming to be a wrestler named "Original I" with a woman named Luscious Sin-D. Sellina Snatch came to the ring and said that KanEvil wasn't fooling anyone with the ridiculous costume and then proceeded to dominate KanEvil and win her second match over him.
- Travis Dee beat Hurricane Kid in an NWF contract match.
- Los Hermanos Fumar defeated "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat and Fumar in a tag match with all 3 NWF belts on the line, with Fumar losing the University Park Title to Fumar Dos. Before the match Los Hermanos Fumar came to the ring and handed ring announcer Dr. Dave a note saying that they had gotten into an argument with Tommy Golden and had put him out of action, thus Fumar Tres was taking Golden's place in the main event. As the TLC match had been cancelled by orders of Risk Management, this was just a straight tag match. Whoever was pinned was to lose their title. For two men who had been at odds for the better part of two years, Fumar and Arafat worked surprising well together in this match, executing several double team moves. However at the end of the match, Fumar Dos took out both Sahara Sarah and Sellina Snatch who were at ringside, slamming them onto the hard floor while Arafat was in the ring. Fumar Tres then dumped Arafat outside the ring, and he immediately crawled over to the aid of his Harem Honeys. Meanwhile, Fumar Dos and Fumar Tres went to work on Fumar on the ouside. They stuck Fumar's head and throat in between the seat and back of a steel chair, and then rammed him into the ringpost. Dos and Tres then rolled Fumar into the ring where Dos covered him to get the 1-2-3 and walk away UP Champion.

Nittany Wrestling Federation presents... Retribution: Tables, and Ladders, and Chairs... OH MY! Saturday, March 24 - 8 PM White Building, Penn State Campus, State College, PA Preview courtesy of http://www.empusa.net/nwf
The Nittany Wrestling Federation has only two dates remaining this school year, and they are shaping up to be two of the biggest shows in the history of the federation. NWF: Retribution is set to take place on Saturday, March 24, at 8 PM in the White Building. As always admission is 100% free! Here is the card as we know it...
TLC match: NWF Heavyweight & University Park Titles: Yutzak Arafat (c) & Fumar (c) vs. Tommy Golden & Fumar Dos The main event will feature the NWF's first-ever Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match as former NWF Champion Tommy Golden and one-half of the current tag champs Fumar Dos team up to face the unlikely pairing of NWF Champion Yutzak Arafat and University Park Champion Fumar!
The rules of this match are very unique. The winner of the match is the team that puts both members of the opposing team through tables first. The only way a title change can occur is if Arafat and Fumar are both put through tables. If Arafat goes first and then Fumar is second, then Fumar loses his University Park Title to the man who put him through the table. If Fumar goes first and then Arafat is put through a table, then Arafat will lose the NWF Heavyweight Title to the man who eliminated him. In essence though Golden and Fumar Dos are on the same team, they will be working against each other because only one of them will have a chance to walk out of the match with a title.
But the Golden-Dos team is not the only team with descension in the ranks. Arafat and Fumar were once friends in the early days of the NWF, but the two men have been at odds for the better part of two years after squaring off in the NWF's first ladder match in 1999. How will these two men co-exist on the same team? Another interesting dynamic in this match is the rumored tension between Fumar and Fumar Dos. These two men had an argument resulting from the four corners match they fought in at the last NWF event, and it is believed they have not spoken to each other since. If there is indeed a rift between Fumar and Fumar Dos, where will Fumar Tres, who is one-half of the tag champs with Fumar Dos, stand in this family feud? Clearly there are a lot of questions that are surfacing, but only time will have the answers.
NWF Tag Team Titles: Los Hermanos Fumar (Fumar Dos & Fumar Tres) vs. Partnaz n Crime (Doc & OGB) Los Hermanos Fumar will make their second defense of the NWF Tag Team Titles against a new team to the NWF, Partnaz in Crime. The Mexican-born Fumar Dos, as mentioned will be in the TLC match, so he will be pulling double duty when he teams with his relative from Venezuela, Fumar Tres. As mentioned there is rumored to be a rift in the Fumar clan so it will be interested to see if Dos and Tres will be on the same page in this match-up. On the other side, Doc and OGB will literally have a golden opportunity in their NWF debuts. If they can capitalize on the supposed tension between Los Hermanos Fumar, Partnaz n Crime could walk out of Retribution as the new NWF Tag Champs.
Intergender Match: Sellina Snatch (w/Sahara Sarah) vs. Original I (w/Luscious Sin-D) Sellina Snatch, Yuztak Arafat's newest Harem Honey, will try to improve to 2-0 in the NWF when she takes on another newcomer to the NWF, Original I. Sellina won her first match in the NWF against Kevin KanEvil at Pain State back in February with a little assistance from Arafat and Sahara Sarah. This time though the powerlifter will have her work cut out for her, as she takes on the Original I who is billed at over 300 pounds. Will Sellina be able to lift this bohemoth off of his feet? Or will the big man walk away from this encounter victorious?
The final two matches for Retribution will be announced this Monday night at 5 PM ET LIVE on Monday Night Mayhem! Log on to the NWF website to listen to the show in streaming RealAudio LIVE on Monday. Also keep checking with the NWF website at http://www.empusa.net/nwf for the all of the details and match previews for Retribution!
Last week on Monday Night Mayhem, former NWF Champion "LiveWire" Dave Desire answered the "Ignite the LiveWire" fan e-mail campaign, accepting the #1 contender spot for the NWF Title at VIP: Very Intense Punishment on March 30! In his statement Desire thanked his fans for their support and the great honor of wrestling in the main event for the NWF Title at the biggest event of the year. Desire stated that this match against the NWF Champion would be his final send-off match.
But who will Desire's opponent be? As it stands now it could be his friend and current NWF Champion Yutzak Arafat. However if Arafat is the last man eliminated in the TLC match at Retribution, Desire could be facing Tommy Golden, the man who put him out on the shelf for the last year, or even Fumar Dos. And what kind of shape will Desire's opponent, whoever he is, be in at VIP? Afterall VIP is only six days after Retribution's TLC match, which should be the most brutal match in the history of the federation. Not to mention that Desire himself might not be operating at peak condition as he has been out of the ring for over a year. This match at VIP is shaping up to be very interesting indeed!
The NWF website this weekend has uploaded four video clips of Penn State Playoff from February, 7, 2000. The clips include:
* Fumar nailing Referee Tom with a chair shot * "Zero Gravity" Mason Cage executing the Shooting Star Press on Fumar * Dave Desire mocking his opponent in the NWF Tag Title match * Tommy Golden hitting the Jackpot onto a steel chair on an unconscious Dave Desire to win the NWF Heavyweight Title!
Penn State Playoff from February 7, 2000 will soon be released on NWF Home Video. Keep reading the NWF Newsletter and visiting the NWF Website for updates on when this video will become available!

Two weeks ago on Monday Night Mayhem, the main event for the NWF's next free-per-view extravaganza, "Retribution" was announced! At NWF Cybermania, you the fans voted to elect former two-time NWF Champion "LiveWire" Dave Desire as the number one contender to face the NWF Champion at "NWF: VIP" on March 30th. The following is a statement from LiveWire Dave Desire, that was read by ring announcer Dr. Dave Parry at the NWF's last show, Pain State:
"I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the fans for voting for me and making me the number one contender. Unfortunately ever since Tommy Golden took it upon himself to end my career by destroying my collarbone, doctors will not clear me to compete. At this time, I am not even sure that if I was able to compete, I would. So it looks like I will not be accepting your offer. I'd like to thank you all once again, as it is without question that the best fans are those NWF fans at Penn State."
The Nittany Wrestling Federation is respectful of Dave's wishes not to compete. However, we also are respectful of the fan's wishes to see "The LiveWire" step back into the ring one more time. So the NWF announced at Pain State that an "Ignite The LiveWire" campaign has been started!
If you would like to see Dave Desire compete at "VIP" on March 30, please send your opinions to WrestleNWF@.... The NWF will take all of your e-mails and personally deliver them to Dave Desire. It is our hope that with a large enough outpouring of support, that we may convince Dave to return to action in the NWF! So please, take the time and e-mail us ASAP.
Related Stories... * "LiveWire" Dave Desire: Remembering a Legend - a biography of the former NWF Champ - At Cybermania on February 10, the NWF fans voted "LiveWire" Dave Desire as the #1 contender for the NWF Title for VIP 3 on March 30, after being almost a year since the last time we saw Desire in an NWF ring. The LiveWire's once brilliant career, which included two reigns as NWF Champion, and reigns as University Park Champion and one-half of the tag team champions, came to a brutal end after VIP 2 last year... continued at the NWF website.
Nittany Wrestling Federation: Pain State University Saturday, February 17, 2001 - Results by Justin Cryder http://www.empusa.net/nwf
Coming off the heels of an exciting NWF: Cybermania the previous Saturday, the Nittany Wrestling Federation held a second free-per-view event in back-to-back weeks on Saturday, February 17! "Pain State University" took place in the White Building on the campus of Penn State University.
It was announced during the week leading up to the event that the NWF title, held by "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat, would be defended in a four corners match on the card. The other three participants in the match would be the winners of the three singles matches taking place throughout the course of the evening.
NWF Tag Team Championships: Los Hermanos Fumar vs. Saints of Sycho The show opened with the NWF Tag Team titles on the line in a match that pitted the champions, Los Hermanos Fumar defending the belts for the first time against The Saints of Sycho. SOS (Saint Patrick and Kasey Coresh), accompanied by their manager Big Mark Brickowski, made their way to the ring first. Fumar Dos and Fumar Tres came out next and cut a promo in Spanish, then suddenly the "Too Cool" music began to play over the PA and the two began to dance inside the middle of the ring. However, SOS did not appreciate this display of dancing, and they jumped the Fumars from behind to start the match. The match was a hard-fought contest that came to a head when Fumar Tres and Dos hit Kasey with the double Fondo de la Roca, followed by the double hente elbow.
University Park Title: Fumar vs. Logan After that initial title match involving Los Hermanos Fumar, the fans were treated to a defense of the University Park Title by the leader of the Fumar clan, the original Fumar. Fumar fought Logan in a brutal match-up. Logan put up a tough fight, but the veteran Fumar's experience was the difference in this match. At the end of the match, Fumar dragged Logan close to a corner of the ring, and then ascended the top turnbuckle on the opposite side. Fumar then lept into the air, gaining great height and distance, executing the Fumacity onto Logan. Referee Tom counted the 1-2-3, and even the fans who don't normally approve of many of Fumar's actions, had to give him his due on this day with that incredible display. With the victory Fumar not only kept his hold on the UP title, but also earned the right to be in the four corners match for the NWF championship later in the evening.
Sellina Snatch Interview Next we were treated to an interview with the ex-Fumarcita. As you may recall, it was Fumarcita that had come to the ring with Golden during his match with Arafat at the previous week's NWF event. Towards the end of the match when the mysterious masked man tried to interfere with the lead pipe, Fumarcita nailed him with a low blow. Golden confronted her, but she slugged Golden in the jaw. All of this eventually led to Arafat's win in the match.
The ex-Fumarcita introduced herself as Penn State student Sellina Snatch. Sellina said that had seen what was going on with Tommy Golden, and this mysterious masked man. She then went on to challenge the masked man, whom she referred to as the Black Camel, to an unscheduled match.
Sellina Snatch vs. The Black Camel It had been rumored that the Black Camel would be making an appearance at Pain State, and he did not disappoint as he answered Sellina's challenge and made his way to the ring, lead pipe in hand. Sellina had control of the early portions of the match, but The Black Camel began to gain an advantage. He even began to taunt Sellina and then in a bold move left the ring and grabbed a hold of the lead pipe. At this point Arafat and Sahara Sarah came out to ringside. As Sarah distracted Referee Tom, Arafat hit the Black Camel with the Sitar and quickly exited the ring. Sellina then covered the Black Camel for the pin.
Afterwards Arafat and Sarah entered the ring. Arafat confronted the Black Camel, recounting the history of his crimes against Arafat, and then deducing his identity after a process of elimination. Arafat then unmasked the Black Camel, revealing him to be none other than Kevin KanEvil. At this point Arafat restrained KanEvil, and after some stiff coercing, KanEvil told Arafat that it was Kevin Knight who put him up to his actions as the Black Camel. Arafat then told KanEvil that tonight this newcomer would feel the wrath of Too Phat. He then sent a message to Kevin Knight by nailing KanEvil with Da Bomb.
Nittany Wrestling Federation Contract Match Three men fought in a match where the winner would be given an NWF contract. After about two minutes Kevin Knight came down to the ring and leveled all three men, and cleared the ring. Knight grabbed the house mic and said that he had orchestrated the Black Camel charade and used KanEvil as his willing cohort to try and take out Arafat in an effort to gain the NWF Championship. But since Kevin failed, Knight now planned to take it upon himself to finish the job. He promised that he would not only destroy One Penn Stater, but two. He then called out his opponent, Penn State's own Feature Presentation.
Kevin Knight vs The Feature Presentation Knight looked impressive in his NWF debut against Feature Presentation. The 6'2" monster attempted to overpower Feature Presentation with a series of powerful moves and submission holds. The fan support kept Feature Presentation in this match, as he fed off of their cheering many times to break the submission holds. But in the end, Knight was just too much for Feature Presentation as he executed the Knight Fall and got the 1-2-3, earning the right to compete in the four corners NWF title match.
Rob Noxious vs Johnny Graham, USMC Rob Noxious made his second appearance in the NWF, taking on Marine Corps veteran Johnny Graham. Noxious and his two cohorts at ringside made life difficult for Graham, distracting the referee and interfering whenever possible. Graham hung in there, but the match was ended abruptly in a no contest when Fumar and Fumar Dos came out to ringside and layed both men out.
NWF Championship: Yutzak Arafat (c) vs. Fumar vs. Kevin Knight vs. Fumar Dos With no winner in the Noxious-Graham match-up, Referee Tom made a decision on the spot, naming Fumar Dos as the fourth participant in the Four Corners match, since he had been on the winning side of the NWF Tag Team Title match earlier in the evening.
This stacked the deck against Arafat, as all three men in the ring were seemingly on the same side. However, the one thing that Arafat had in his favor was the greed of his opponents. Numerous occasions arose in the match where either Knight, Fumar, or Fumar Dos had attempted to eliminate Arafat first, only to be sabotaged by one of the other two men.
Finally it came down to Fumar eliminating Fumar Dos first from the match. Then Fumar brought a steel chair into the ring as Knight restrained Arafat. Arafat ducked, and Fumar nailed Knight in the skull with the chair. Referee Tom disqualified Fumar on the spot. Arafat then hit the Sitar for the victory onto Knight, retaining the NWF Championship and sending the fans home happy.

Nittany Wrestling Federation Pain State University - Saturday, February 17, 2001 http://www.empusa.net/nwf
Coming off the heels of an exciting NWF: Cybermania this past Saturday, the Nittany Wrestling Federation will hold a second free-per-view event in back-to-back weeks this Saturday, February 17! "Pain State University" will take place in the White Building on the campus of Penn State Univeristy on February 17 at 8 PM. Once again admission is 100% FREE!
There is sure to be plenty of fallout from Cybermania at Pain State this Saturday. NWF officials have announced that the following matches will take place:
* NWF Tag Team Championships: Los Hermanos Fumar (c) vs. "Saints Of Sycho" (Saint Patrick and Kasey Koresh)
* The Feature Presenation vs "IWF's" Kevin Knight
* NWF University Park Championship: Fumar has once again regained the UP Title. At Cybermania Fumar seemingly lost the belt, but a bogus Fumar was pinned and Referee Tom made an errant three count. After his lawyers threatened legal actions against the NWF, Fumar was re-instated as the champion.
* GI Johnny Graham vs Rob Noxious
* NWF Champion "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat will take on the winners of the three singles matches in a "Four Corners Match" for the NWF Title!
Plus... * The mysterious masked man has sent word to the NWF that he will be in attendance! What does he have planned for "Pain State?" Will we finally find out the identity of this individual?
* The former Fumarcita will speak for the first time since her debut!
ALL ABOARD!! It's the Crazy Train aka The Big Dirty Express and I'm back to bring you all the news, rumors, and results circulating in the NWF. So let's get this thing started!
Okay, so for weeks now we've been hyping up this big CYBERMANIA event, and, well, let me tell you something...it did NOT disappoint. This was one of the best shows in recent memory as we crowned THREE new champions, and saw a few other bizarre matches on the side.
Kidd Krazy lived up to his name in his brutal matchup with Rob Noxious. Noxious dominated the better half of this one using his size and strength to tear Krazy apart, but the Kidd showed tenacity and a lot of guts when he used a suicide moonsault of the top rope to the outside, hitting both Rob Noxious and Rob's manager, and essentially taking over the match from there. Kidd Krazy picked up the 1-2-3 pin, and a lot respect in this one.
Tha Damned came out next and spoke to the crowd, stating that they have been beating people's asses all up and down the coast and they had held the NWF Tag Titles for a long time. They continued on saying that it didn't matter who the fans chose as their opponents because they would beat their asses too and remain champions. It was then revealed that they would be facing Fumar Dos and Fumar Tres, accompanied by the lovely Fumarcita! This was a back and forth kind of match, but then ANOTHER Fumar emerged to help out his amigos. Amidst the confusion, Referee Tom was distracted thus allowing the 3rd team member to interfere and Los Hermanos Fumar to pick up the victory and the Tag Team Titles! Tha Damned didn't know what hit them!
Bax was impressive in his second match in the NWF giving The Beater all he could handle. Officials within the NWF have openly stated that they expect great things out of this talented young competitor and yours truly believes he could be in the University Park Title hunt in no time!
Speaking of the University Park Title, Rapid Fire Maldonado and Fumar squared off next with this title on the line. Fumar used quickness and some aerial moves to his advantage, but Rapid Fire's size and power kept Fumar grounded for the most part. Towards the end of the match, the "Fumar Crew" came to ringside and tried to help out their compadre, but it ended up backfiring and Rapid Fire pinned the wrong Fumar for the win! Referee Tom didn't know the difference and Rapid Fire is the new University Park Champion! After the match, the original Fumar was stunned and there were heated words exchanged a tense staredown between Maldonado and the "Fumar Crew." Just when it seemed all hell was about to break loose, it didn't. Guess we'll have to wait until Pain State to see where this one goes.
Finally, after forfeiting his title earlier in the night, Yutzak Arafat returned in dramatic fashion to fight Tommy Golden, revealing that he is more than healed from the lead pipe incident a month ago. Sahara Sarah came out to make it seem like SHE was going to fight Golden, but it was really just a ploy and Arafat attacked him after that. The match was going back and forth until the masked man appeared again! It looked like it might be a repeat of last month, but Fumarcita gave the masked man a low blow and slapped Tommy Golden allowing Too Phat to slap on the submission and get the victory! He celebrated in the ring with Sahara Sarah and Fumarcita as the show came to a close.
But the questions remain! Who is the masked man, and why is he helping Tommy Golden? What will the NWF do about it's multiplying Fumar problem? Is Arafat more vulnerable now that he's NWF Champion again? And when will Shawn Storm be back to address "his shot"? Hopefully, all these and more will be answered this Saturday night at Pain State! So tell your friends and bring your grandmother! Saturday, Feb. 17th at 8PM in the White Building, we'll see more surprises and powerslams, and hopefully get to the bottom of this mystery once and for all.
NWF: Cybermania - Saturday, February 10, 2001 - RESULTS
The Nittany Wrestling Federation returned to the White Building on the campus of Penn State Univeristy on February 10 at 8 PM for NWF: Cybermania, the latest free-per-view extravaganza! Cybermania was the first show in the history of independent wrestling where YOU the fans were able to vote for the matches you wanted to see! Fans were able to choose opponents in three NWF title matches, plus select two special "fan's choice" match-ups!
Here are some quick results from Cybermania: * Kidd Krazy defeated Rob Noxious
* Fumar Dos and Fumar Tres, with the masked Fumarcita in their corner, defeated The Damned for the NWF Tag Team Titles in questionable fashion. At least three different men under the Fumar mask took place in this match, but with all of the confusion, Referee Tom had little choice but to count the three when one of them pinned The Damned.
* Bax defeated The Beater.
* "Rapid Fire" Maldonado captured the University Park Title when he defeated Fumar as a result of more confusion. Multiple Fumars came to ringside during the match and Maldonado pinned one of them while Referee Tom was knocked out. When Tom came to, he saw the pin and counted the three, resulting in Maldonado getting the gold.
* "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat, who forfeited the NWF Championship earlier in the night, recaptured the gold against Tommy Golden in another action-packed match. The mysterious masked man who gave Golden the lead pipe at Y2K1 which injured Arafat made another appearance at ringside toward the end of the match, along with a legion of Fumars. The masked man attempted to interfere in the match, but Fumarcita nailed him with a low blow. Fumarcita then jumped up onto the ring apron and nailed Golden with a slap. Amidst a lot of confusion Arafat was able to lock-in the Allah Leglock onto Golden. Golden, to his credit, would not submit for a good minute or so, trying to power out of the move. But eventually he had no choice but to submit and Arafat was declared the winner. After the match Arafat unmasked Fumarcita, and Arafat, Sahara Sarah, and the now ex-Fumarcita stood triumphant in the ring at the show's close.

The Nittany Wrestling Federation returns to the White Building on the campus of Penn State Univeristy this Saturday, February 10 at 8 PM for NWF: Cybermania! Once again admission is 100% FREE!
Cybermania is the first show in the history of independent wrestling where YOU the fans were able to vote for the matches you wanted to see! Voting closed Thursday at midnight ET, and the NWF would like to thank all of its loyal fans for taking part in the vote and letting us know what YOU wanted to see.
Fans had the opportunity to vote for opponents in three title matches:
NWF Heavyweight Title Match: "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat vs. YOUR CHOICE NWF University Park Title Match: Fumar vs. YOUR CHOICE NWF Tag Team Title Match: The Damned (Mad Dog & Draven) vs. YOUR CHOICE
Plus, they were able to choose 2 more fan's choice matches involving any of the following NWF superstars: Tommy Golden Rapid Fire Maldonado Fumar Dos Fumar Tres Bax Dr. Heresy Tommy Idol Kidd Krazy
The results of the voting will be revealed tomorrow, Saturday, February 10th during the show.
The big question on everyone's mind though is whether or not NWF Champion "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat will be able to compete and defend the belt at Cybermania. NWF officials have stated that if Arafat cannot compete then he would be stripped of the title and the top two vote-getters from the Cybermania voting would vie for the gold to crown a new champion. The Big Dirty talks about Arafat's injury and many others in this week's edition of the Dirty Works Report.
------------------------------
Dirty Works Report by Big Dirty
Are you ready? Are you ready for this? Are you hangin' on the edge of your seat?
Yes, yes y'all...Big Dirty is back (hold your applause) and I've got the latest on all the happenings coming up in this very exciting week for the NWF. As you should all know by now, we are just one day away from CYBERMANIA, the first ever pro-wrestling event where all the matches are booked by the fans..yeah, that means YOU. Sound to good to be true? Well, it is. Could you imagine if you got to be Vince McMahon for a day, and you could make any match you wanted? Say you wanted to see Kurt Angle in a match with Kane, or The Rock lay the smackdown on good ol' Jim Ross. That's exactly what we're allowing you do. Want to see tag partners Dr. Heresey and Don Juan Desanto go toe-to-toe? Or how about Yutzak Arafat defend his World title against Tommy Golden? You the fans let us know by VOTING right here at the NWF website, and the results of that vote will be announced tomorrow at CYBERMANIA.
Speaking of which, will Yutzak even be able to compete tomorrow? If you can remember back a few weeks ago at our last event, "Too Phat" suffered a concussion as a result of the lead pipe beating inflicted by Tommy Golden. Of course that lead pipe was a gift from a masked individual who was accompanied by Mind and Matter to ringside. Though the identity of that man is still a mystery, rumors are running rampant. It's obvious that he has to be in cahoots with Tommy Golden, and one NWF insider had this conspiracy theory to share: "I think Cybermania will be a very wild ride since the fans will be choosing the matches. Plus, the long-standing rivalry between Yutzak and Tommy Golden could completely explode if those two get their hands on each other. Golden has a wild card up his sleeve though after that masked man incident, and I think it's going to be someone unexpected...personally, I think it's Bax."
Another NWF official, requesting to remain anonymous added, "The masked guy had Kevin KanEvil's build. Who knows? Anything's possible in the NWF."
I know what you all must be thinking right now. "Big Dirty, who do YOU think it is?" Well, to tell you the truth, I was recently talking to Shawn Storm about his injuries he sustained at Y2K1 and he kept saying that he couldn't wait to get back in the ring and get "his shot." I was trying to figure out what he meant exactly, but that's how he left it...he wants, "his shot." Also, I asked him what the odds were that we'd see him at CYBERMANIA, and he said, "There is no way with the injuries that I've substain that the doctors will allow me to wrestle at Cybermania. Hell I'm lucky I can walk. I've got four cracked ribs, a busted spine, and a separated shoulder. But just because I can't step into the ring doesn't mean you won't see me. You'll just have to wait and see." What the hell Storm? Why all the mystery? Personally folks, I really can't wait to see how it all goes down.
Well, this is where we part ways my friends. Don't forget that the NWF is having back-to-back weekends of wrestling. CYBERMANIA this Saturday, Feb. 10th, and PAIN STATE is the next Saturday, Feb. 17th. I hope to see you all there at CYBERMANIA, and I hope this cloud of uncertainty will be cleared come Saturday night.
Be sure to check out my follow-up column to CYBERMANIA sometime next week. Keep rollin', rollin', rollin', rollin'..... The Big Dirty Express

NWF: Cybermania - Saturday, February 10, 2001
The Nittany Wrestling Federation returns to the White Building on the campus of Penn State Univeristy on Saturday, February 10 at 8 PM for NWF: Cybermania!
Cybermania will be the first show in the history of independent wrestling where YOU the fans will be able to vote for the matches you want to see! Coming in a few short days, the voting system will be online and then NWF fans from around the world will have the opportunity to make their dream matches!
Cybermania: only the best, only in the Nittany Wrestling Federation!
Welcome one, welcome all, to the newest, biggest, and BADDEST NWF column on the web. I am the one they call 'Big Dirty' and I'll be bringing you, the fans, the newly conceived Dirty Works Report with all the news, updates, and dirt circulating throughout the Nittany Wrestling Federation.
Before we get down to business, I would personally like to send out a big THANK YOU to all the hardcore fans who braved the winter elements last weekend to attend our latest wrestling event. For those of you who didn't make it, you missed one hell of a show! Shawn Storm was put on the shelf indefinitely by Fumar Dos (with a little help from Fumar and John Balsamo) after suffering through the most viscious Boston Crab I have ever witnessed. Fumar Dos unmercifully leaned all the way back until his head was on the mat next to Storm's!
In other action, newcomer Bax handed Kevin KanEvil an embarassing defeat after KanEvil screamed pre-match "I'm gonna BEAT you!" Bax was impressive in his debut and could be looking at greater competition in the future.
"Mind and Matter" dominated the Asian Experience, but blew several chances to make an earlier pin by gloating and bickering amongst themselves. These two are very talented, but don't focus enough on the match. This could cost them in their run for the tag titles.
Another newcomer, The Feature Presentation, overcame two talented athletes (The Beater and Fumar Tres), and interference from the reprehensible John Balsamo to win a contract with the Nittany Wrestling Federation.
Finally, in the "Dream Partner Match," Tommy Golden and Fumar were poised to defeat "Rapid Fire" Maldonado when "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat came from out of nowhere to make the save. However, while Dr. Heresey, Desanto, and an unknown Masked Man stalked the outside of the ring, Referee Tom was distracted allowing Tommy Golden to nearly decapitate Too Phat with a lead pipe handed to him by the Masked Man. This lead to the easy 1-2-3 pin. The question now is: Who was the Masked Man who is ultimately responsible for Too Phat's bludgeoning? How much time will Too Phat need to recover? Will he be back in time to avenge his loss to Tommy Golden, and unmask the Masked Man? Only time will tell...
Also, be sure to log onto the NWF website before FEBRUARY 10th, to register your vote for the Cybermania event. This will be the first ever Pro Wrestling event where YOU the fans will book every single match! Choose your personal "dream matches", and come to the show February 10th, 8PM in the White Building, to see the wrestlers go at it! There's never been a show like this, so be a part of the very first Cybermania!
One last thing! Don't forget to listen to Sahara Sarah's commentary on Monday Night Mayhem at 5PM on Campus Cable Channel 21, and simulcast on the web with RealAudio. She should have all the details on the extent of Too Phat's injury, and may even have some clues as to who the Masked Man was.

Nittany Wrestling Federation present... Y2K1: Yutzak 2001 8 PM - Saturday, January, 20, 2001 White Building, Penn State Campus, State College, PA FREE ADMISSION
The Nittany Wrestling Federation kicks off a brand new year of action this Saturday at 8 PM in the White Building on Penn State campus. Once again we are pleased to announce that admission will be 100% FREE!
Here are the matches slated for Y2K1: 1. Dream Partner Tag Team Match: "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat vs. Tommy Golden. Each man will be able to choose a partner from the entire NWF roster to fight in this tag team encounter.
2. University Park Title: Fumar vs. Shawn Storm
3. Tommy Idol vs. "Simply Astonishing" Kevin KanEvil
4. "Mind & Matter" will be in action against a team coming off of a tour in Japan.
5. Draven McKnight vs. Bax
Plus: John Balsamo will make a MAJOR announcement, and Sahara Sara will be in Arafat's corner as usual! Read this week's edition of "The Real Deal" for Ryan Allen's take on "Y2K1!"
Hello once again to all of you NWF'ers. I hope everyone had a great holiday season. Now, onto the important stuff: Y2K1, Royal Rumble, Sin, Bischoff the answer? and more...
Well, first and foremost, let's go over the card for our upcoming NWF free-per-view - Y2K1! - Live, Saturday Jan. 20 at 8pm in the White building!
Draven McKnight vs. Bax
These two light heavyweights are both newcomers to the NWF with impressive resumes and experience from a number of other Indy federations. It should be a great match, as both have alot to prove to the NWF officials, and the fans who have come to expect so much from all of the competitors. This should be an exciting, fast-paced match, but since I'm only going on what I've heard, no predictions out of the Real Deal for this match.
Tommy Idol vs. "Simply Astonishing" Kevin KanEvil
Tommy Idol had an impressive NWF debut and is looking to move up the NWF ranks by defeating Kevin KanEvil. KanEvil is already established as one of the top superstars in the NWF, but there are alot of questions about KanEvil coming into this match... Can KanEvil win without the assistance of Million Dollar Wendall? (who was forced out of the NWF at State Penn) Can KanEvil control that arrogance which has already cost him a number of matches in his NWF career? Has KanEvil even been preparing for Idol as a serious competitor? When he's serious, KanEvil is one of the best in the NWF, but sometimes his mind just isn't in it. Either way, he has already wrestled for the NWF heavyweight title, and he has proven his talent on a number of occaisions, so my pick in this one has got to be - "Simply Astonishing" Kevin KanEvil.
"Mind & Matter" (Dr. Heresy and Don Juan DeSanto) vs. a mystery team
"Mind and Matter" have done just about everything in the NWF tag team division, including winning the belts, losing the belts, stealing the belts, and an inflatable sheep (last show anyone?). Though neither Heresy or DeSanto seems to be playing with a full deck, they have enjoyed great success in the NWF, and they are VERY upset after losing the tag titles to the Damned. Will we see a more serious M&M? Noone knows for sure. M&M's opponents are fresh off a tour in Japan and are highly decorated in Indy feds there and here in the US, but do they have any idea what they are up against in M&M? M&M have proven their abilities in the NWF already, and I think they're going to catch this mystery team off-guard. My pick - "Mind and Matter"
University Park Title: Fumar (c) vs. Shawn Storm
This is an undercard match that I would compare to the Jaricho/Benoit match coming up at the Royal Rumble. Fumar and Shawn Storm are two of the most capable wrestlers in the NWF, and with the UP title on the line, ANYTHING can happen. Fumar has got to be the favorite. His reputation and destructive run through the competition in the NWF have made him a nightmare for almost every wrestler (and table) ever to end up in an NWF ring. Shawn Storm is still young, but has all the talent in the world. Storm is coming off a heated feud with Kevin KanEvil, and I think he might be ready. This should be one incredible match. My pick - in an upset, Shawn Storm
Dream Partner Tag Team Match: "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat & partner vs. Tommy Golden & partner
The Main Event of the night promises to deliver. Noone in the NWF or in ANY federation has a more heated relationship than Arafat and Golden. After beating each other half-to-death in their last confrontation, (a match which saw Golden win the NWF title with help from the referee Fumar) Golden no-showed at State Penn, and Arafat won the title back by defeating Fumar, who was instructed to defend the title in Golden's place. So much has happened in the past between Arafat and Golden, that I don't even have room to get into it, so check it out yourself here on the NWF website. The opportunity for Arafat and Golden to each choose a partner throws an interesting twist into this matchup. Arafat has made many friends in the NWF, but Golden has stepped on EVERYONES' toes, even his supposed allies of the past. But who wouldn't want to main event a card like this? What about some of the NWF stars who haven't been around lately? What about those who are already booked? There are so many possibilities in this match. Being a main event, and including the top two contenders for the NWF heavyweight title, there are alot of incentives for everyone on the NWF roster to consider. I don't know who their partners will be, but my pick has got to be Arafat, he's still got a score to settle with Tommy Golden. My Pick - "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat w/ partner
It is shaping up to be a great card, and a great start to the new year. Remember, THIS SATURDAY, Jan. 20 at 8 pm at the White building! AND IT'S FREE! Don't miss it!
There's alot going on in the wrestling world outside of the NWF as well, so here's the Real Deal with the WWF, WCW and ECW.
ECW
ECW looks to be in major trouble. From what I've been hearing, their next live event will be in March, and IF that show happens, it may very well be the company's last. IF ECW does go under, what will that mean for the rest of the wrestling world? Certainly there is alot of talent in ECW to be had by WWF and WCW, and probably a number of Indy feds... I hate to see it happen though, because ECW really pushed the envelope for wrestling and helped develop a number of great wrestlers. Hopefully Heyman will find some way to save ECW, but I'm not holding my breath.
WCW
Well, Bischoff is back in control (again) and although WCW certainly won't get any worse, I don't think Bischoff is a guarantee to make it any better. The WCW Sin ppv was actually a pretty good show, marred as usual by poor planning and horrific announcing. Goldberg loses a career ending match? Come on, how many times have we seen this angle played out? The top face loses a career ending match yadda yadda yadda.... And then, they try to follow that match with a main event including Jarret, Sid, Scott Steiner and the mystery man who ended up being Road Warrior Animal? Animal was great...as a Road Warrior, with Hawk. Not solo, and especially, not now. WCW does have alot of talent though, and the matches themselves were better than I've seen out of WCW in a long time. WWF has been kinda lazy lately in their writing since they haven't had any serious competition, so hopefully WCW will get on the ball and atleast push the WWF a little. In all fairness to WCW too, the mute button makes their show twice as good (no terrible interviews/angles and NO TONY SCHIAVANI or however the hell you spell his name).
WWF
It's Royal Rumble time... Look for Jericho and Benoit to steal the show in the ladder match. Everyone knows what these two can do, I think they're gonna tear the house down. Edge & Christian vs. the Dudleys could also end up being the match of the night. Triple H is the best anywhere, and (in my opinion) one of the all time greats. In the Triple H/Angle match there will be a turn, I called (on Monday night Mayhem) for a Triple H face turn to help turn Angle into a mega-heel. Steph turns on Triple H and Vince goes with her to help Angle, it's that simple. It could also work the other way, and have Trish go with Vince and help Triple H take out Angle, which would push Angle into more of a face role. Either way I'd look for a turn. As for the Rumble itself... Words can't even convey how much I don't want to see the Rock or Stone Cold win this thing. And for that matter Rikishi or Kane, because either of them will just lose their #1 contendership to SCSA or the Rock. Unfortunately, it will be one of those four. My guess is the Rock, but he and Stone Cold could definitely start a feud here which would lead to the Wrestlemania match which everyone and their mother expects to happen. I hope Test wins, or Billy Gunn, or Crash Holly for that matter...I just want to be surprised, it's been way too long since the WWF has surprised me. Also, I'd expect a return of The Big Show at the Rumble, and I hope to see X-Pac, but those are just my thoughts, nothing concrete. Finally, I'm expecting WM main event to involve The Rock, Stone Cold, and Triple H at very least. I don't think the WWF would dare put Stone Cold and the Rock alone because turning either heel would cost them merchandising $, they probably wouldn't want to have either do a clean job to the other, and I think that even though noone in the WWF camp would ever admit it, Stone Cold is NOT on the same level as the Rock in terms of fan support anymore.
No matter what, it should be a great weekend of wrestling, and once again, don't forget to check out our upcoming NWF free-per-view - Y2K1! - Live, Saturday Jan. 20 at 8pm in the White building!

Tomorrow (Wednesday, January 17) at the Hetzel Union Building (HUB) on campus, Penn State is running a Student Involvement Fair. The purpose of the fair is to help students gain more information about the many student organizations that are available on campus.
The Penn State Pro-Wrestling Club will have a table set up at the Student Involvement Fair with literature, videos of NWF shows, and representatives on hand to answer any question you may have. The fair runs from 10 AM - 4 PM.
For those of you with an interest in joining the club, and you cannot attend the Involvement Fair, the Pro-Wrestling Club has also scheduled a meeting for Thursday, January 18. For more details on the meeting, please e-mail jjc232@....
Here is some information about the club:
WHAT IS THE PSU PRO-WRESTLING CLUB??
WE ARE NITTANY WRESTLING FEDERATION - The first goal of the Penn State Pro-Wrestling Club is the total operation and production of the NWF, The Nittany Wrestling Federation. The NWF is the ONLY legitimate independent federation to be run out of a college or university in the country! So right away, WE MEAN BUSINESS!
Club members participate by doing various jobs to promote and put on the show. Depending on your area of interest and major, club members can be security, cameramen, photographers, marketers, webmasters, reporters, columnists, radio staff, talent relations, music technicians, announcers, ring crew, audience plants and more!
All these ingredients are vital to run a successful wrestling promotion, so there is no doubt that there are endless opportunities to get involved in the production of the fastest growing Penn State tradition, the Nittany Wrestling Federation!
NOTE: Club Members CANNOT participate in any NWF wrestling or angle without proper training!!
WHAT ELSE DOES THE PRO-WRESTLING CLUB DO??
IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, IT CAN BE DONE! That's the basis of it. The club is entering its third year, but there are many ideas that have yet to be thought of! But, as of now, we have some good ideas! Here are a few:
Get UPN (home of Smackdown) on both on-campus and off-campus cable systems
Monthly viewings of Pay-Per-View events at Area Establishments.
Road trips to Big 3 events around our area.
Bring in guest speakers to Penn State (i.e. Vince McMahon)
Wrestling video game tournaments.
As you can see, we've got some ideas, and we could use you for more! As mentioned the Pro-Wrestling Club is still relatively new, and look how much we've accomplished so far!! And with the rate that the club is growing now, just imagine how far it can go from here! DON'T DELAY! JOIN IN ON THE ACTION!

Nittany Wrestling Federation present... Y2K1: Yutzak 2001 8:30 PM - Saturday, January, 20, 2001 White Building, Penn State Campus, State College, PA FREE ADMISSION
The Nittany Wrestling Federation kicks off a brand new year of action this Saturday at 8:30 PM in the White Building on Penn State campus. Once again we are pleased to announce that admission will be 100% FREE!
At the last NWF event of 2000, entitled "State Penn," Team Too Phat defeated Million Dollar Wendal's Risk Management team in an 8-man survivor match, and as a result Million Dollar Wendal has been banned from the NWF forever!
Also at the event we saw two title changes as Yutzak Arafat captured the NWF title for the third time and The Damned reclaimed the NWF Tag Team Titles!
Here are the matches slated for Y2K1: 1. Dream Partner Tag Team Match: "Too Phat" Yutzak Arafat vs. Tommy Golden. Each man will be able to choose a partner from the entire NWF roster to fight in this tag team encounter. At the last event Golden was stripped of the title as he vacationed in Cancun. Arafat recaptured the gold in a #1 contender's match against Fumar. The Golden-Arafat rivalry is one of the most fierce in all of pro-wrestling, as Golden has time after time used underhanded tricks to defeat Arafat. Clearly him being stripped of the NWF title will only serve to add more fuel to this already combustible match.
2. University Park Title: Fumar vs. Shawn Storm. At the last NWF event, Kidd Krazy seemingly captured the University Park Title from a man wearing a mask and claiming to be Fumar. However, NWF officials later reversed the decision and restored Fumar to the title when it was determined that the man in the mask was not actually Fumar, but a man who has called himself "Fumar II." With that in mind, NWF officials have booked a title defense for Fumar against Penn State's own Shawn Storm. Storm and Fumar have fought before in a great match and this one should be just as exciting.
3. Tommy Idol vs. "Simply Astonishing" Kevin KanEvil. Tommy Idol returns to the NWF to make his second appearance as he takes on Kevin KanEvil. KanEvil, in his short time in the NWF, has already battled for the NWF Title and has been impressing fans with his work in the ring. However as we have seen, KanEvil's Achilles' heel has been his arrogance. While a veteran wrestler would seek to put his opponent away as quickly as possible, KanEvil has a wont to play with his opponents, picking them up before a referee could finish a three count. However when KanEvil is focused he is very difficult to defeat. If Idol can exploit KanEvil's arrogance then he should be able to pick up the victory. But if KanEvil is focused, Idol could be in for a long night.
4. "Mind & Matter," the team of Don Juan Desanto and Dr. Heresy, are still smarting from their loss of the NWF Tag Team Titles to "The Damned" at the last NWF event. They look to take out their aggression against a mysterious tag team from the Far East. The only thing the NWF has been able to learn about these competitors is that they have just completed a tour of Japan and are looking to make their mark in North America.
5. Draven McKnight vs. Bax. These two newcomers to the NWF will square off in a light heavyweight contest. Both are seeking to impress NWF officials and climb up the ladder to title contention.
