I was wondering what time and where you all were doing the long run this
weekend. I was originally supposed to go out of town for the day but I'm moving
that to Monday and working Sunday. I know Dave has been doing really long runs
and we join halfway through but I would be inclined to get up early enough to do
the first part so I can get into work at a decent hour. I need to do 9 miles and
was planning to do them tonight but it looks like the weather might not
cooperate.
Dave and I were talking about running the Toftrees Trail on Sunday. We would meet at Sunset Park. Dave will have to do it 3 times! I only need to run at least 11 miles. Mary will most likely join us. No time has been set yet. I'll let you know :)

Ok, I will probably just do a short run tonight and 9 miles Sunday. I'm probably going to have to do this kind of early (8ish or earlier I'm thinking) in order to get to work. But if no one wants to go this early I'll start on my own. How long is the trail?

Its 4 miles out, so the out & back makes it a 8 miler from Sunset Park. We can start at 8:00 if you want. Dave said that he would be back at the park to run the loop a second time around 8:30.
Let me know when you want to start. Mary & I are flexible :)

Let me know if anyone has a preference for 8 or 8:30 and I'll put it on the calendar. Either is fine with me, I'm starting at 6:30 and I'll adjust my millage on the first loop to be back at Sunset park at either time...

I am flexible with the time. Let's just meet at 8:00 am then at Sunset Park.
Earlier the better for me too :) Denise
