Jerry,
We now have 7 people. I've been thinking we should wait another week
or so to see if we can get an 8th, and then choose legs.

That was an experience! Am feeling pretty good, aside from a couple blisters and an aching butt. Goes to show what you can do with a little encouragement to keep the adrenaline going. I feel like I'm finally getting somewhere in my training. Thanks again, Christine!

By the way good running tonight!! Jess did great also she helped me a lot tonight!!! And Pam well I could barely keep up in the car with her!! Great job Pam!! All the runners looked great! Oh, thanks for letting me know about Bob I was a little worried, because he got way behind and than didn't know which way to go! I glad he is smart and just run back up, up , up , up that hill to the car and waited there for us!! I appreciate every-ones encouraging words. Good night everyone. I am going to take my tired body to bed. Sweet dreams.

We will be at the Waffle House at the corner of Blue Course and
College ave. for the next two weeks. Then we are going to meet at the
Knights of Columbus hall on the 19th of Sept. So Marty Mazur can lead
the group run on the race course for that race on the 15th of Oct.

Runners,
The link I sent for the individual maps was giving some people problems.
That's because idiot mail programs sometimes interpret the period at the
end of a sentence as part of a link, even if it doesn't look that way in
the outgoing email! Anyway, here's the link without the period. Grammarians
can sue me.

Runners,
Talk is heating up about the upcoming Tussey mOUnTaiNBACK Relay. The map
page for the mOUnTaiNBACK now has maps and elevation profiles for each
individual leg. These maps were made by Tom Hilands. The resolution is
great and they really give you an idea how tough (or easy) each leg is.

We are having so much fun running together. It was great running
Saturday morning what we could do is every Saturday. We could plan
longer and shorter runs so people could have choices of what they want
to run. I think it would be great to try to get the whole club
together for run once an awhile. jerry
What a beautiful day it was for running!! Everyone did great!!! I am glad I got to make it!! There were two people from the other group. Mark Fedken and his wife. That was nice to have them with us!! I believe Mark ran out longer when we got close to the end of the run. Many thanks to Josh and Jerry!! And the others who came and ran! Take care and maybe see some of you Thursday night (we can't make it Tuesday). Take care!!

It's great to see you guys and gals expanding this
"Tuesday" thing. I also keep seeing Tuesday people at the
Tussey Trainers. I think you're rying to take over the Club! Keep it
up!
The other Saturday run wasn't as well planned as usual this week. With no
official leader, we still had 6 people show up. We did about 8.5 miles in
70 minutes or so. Headed out from Rec Hall toward Centre Hills, the 322
Bypass bike path, and the Millbrook Marsh Area.
