As you all know there is a 5K road race this Saturday morning in Center Hall at the Grange Gounod's. Myself, Vicki, And David are planning on running. If you are so inclined to do so you should be there about 1 Hour before the race starts to sign in and get warmed up. This is not a hilly course it is very flat so give it try. Jerry
