The lots around the stadium require a tailgate parking permit and there
is a huge waiting list though you can get some online with ticket
brokers (frontrowtix.com). Just to the southwest of the stadium (W.
Hamburg Street), there is an area where you can park for free along the
road and it usually fills up about 2.5 h before the game. I can email
a pdf of the free parking area with directions to anyone who wants
one...or maybe Al can post it to the site.

I don't know about the hotels being full for Christmas night in Inner
Harbor. They might not since a lot of stuff will be closed. Couple of
nice places (Marriot, Pier Five) by the ESPNZone which would be a
little walk from the stadium but close to Fells Point for post game
beverages.
