You know with NFL playoff weekend starting off today, I remind myself
that we are a 8-8 regular season team that is 1-0 in the playoffs. I
remind myself we have a sad 3-20 record outdoors in the last 23 games
and are 1-0 in the playoffs so far. I remind myself that we are
presently a 8 1/2 point underdog, despite Philadelphia not being able
to score over 17 points in their last 4 games, with the only wins
coming against Washington 17-14 and Dallas 12-7.

Philadelphia also went 2-2 against playoff teams this year and all
the teams in their division finished 6-10. Of course they won each
one of those games unlike us. 13-3 is impressive, despite 6-0
against Giants, Cowboys and Redskins not too mention wins against the
other non-playoff teams. I remind myself again that we are 0-5
against playoff teams, despite being 1-0 now.

So what is going to happen Sunday? I remind myself that if two 8-8
playoff teams can win for the first time in playoff history, then why
can't a 9-8 team win? It's played out on the field and nothing, and
I mean nothing that happened before today matters anymore. Can we
win? You bet your sweet ass we can! Un-mooned, of course.
