Greetings all,

I have been a member of this group for a while but have not been in
the area for a game. I am going to try to make my way down to S&S on
Monday for the first time, and I just wanted to introduce myself
ahead of time and say I look forward to meeting some fellow die-hard
Vikes fans.

I made a trip to Minneapolis last year for the Chiefs game (see
photo) and had a ticket/hotel deal with lots of extras that I thought
worked out really well and was an excellent value for the money. I
strongly encourage everyone to make the trip at some point...quite a
unique place to see a game. If you time your trip right, you can go
catch a Grizzlies game afterwards. I can provoide info on the
package I used if you want it...2003 prices were: 199 for lions and
seahawks, 249 for chiefs, 349 for Bears, Niners, Broncos, and Giants,
and 429 for the packers (all plus tax)...and included 2 lower level
ticets (end zone, row 28...surprisingly good view as you can see in
the pic) and one night at a very well-located but not particularly
fancy hotel. I don't profit from this in any way, I just had a good
experience with it and wanted to give a heads up to my fellow fans.
I don't have 2004 info yet but will get it, hopefully for Monday. If
other people have found good package deals like this, please let me
know!

Looking forward to meeting some of you on Monday...I haven't decided
if I'm going to don my UNDEFEATED Moss jersey yet, but I think this
game might call for it.
