We stole Cornerback Antonio Winfield away from Jets today. He was
just about to sign with the Jets after being wined and dined. Mike
Tice, Dante and Randy all talked with him via the phone and convinced
him to meet with the Vikings today. Well they upped the Jets offer
and now he is wearing the Purple and Gold. Good to see the Vikings
finally competitive with a big time free agent. Let's hope they are
not done fooling with their roster. This was a big day for us!
