Viking Fans,
This will be a rebuilding year for the team. The offense is strugging
during training camp to get things in sync. Jackson has struggled and
so have the new crop of receivers. Vikes will regret not picking up a
guy with more experience at QB to backup Jackson and, perhaps, replace
him if things go really bad. Vikes will need to run the ball to have
success and limit passes to a conservative short game. Most NFL
experts are ranking Jackson and the rest of the QB crew as one of the
bottom 3-5 in the league, and sadly I agree. Going to be a long year.
Looks like a 6-10 season but perhaps things will improve the following
year as the team starts to mesh. Don't be surprised if the Lions
finally break out of their past failures and win 8-9 games this year;
this will only further seal the Vikings fate. Hopefully, they can kick
things off with a win against a Vickless Falcons Team; otherwise, 6
wins may be too optimistic.
