Subject: Possible Help

We have lost our office person (Allison Moll).  She is staying in Florida and working up there.  We are looking for someone to fill her shoes.  If any of you know of someone who might be interested, please let me know.

 

The duties include handling the picking up, distributing and handling of mail and stamping and making sure it goes downstairs, relieving the receptionist, restocking our fridges and snacks, keeping the file room in order, helping with sending faxes, copying, etc.  In general, taking care of the office around here.  It is a full time job with a good salary for this type of work, plus vacation, sick leave and benefits.  Our office is located downtown in the Place St. Charles building.
