situation, Greg), it may be prudent to shoot for under the $50 per
night per person.

$200 per weekend night plus $25 extra per person would work out to
about $25 per night per person, plus about $25 each for the cleaning
fee if that's required.

There's no pool at this one, but based on living in a warm-weather
climate, the pool is unusable until about May because it's still too
cold.
