The dialogue has been great, and appreciated, in the first twelve
hours. I have uploaded a description of the draft pick trades in
the "Files" section of the Yahoo group
(http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/northstarleague/files). I think
if we did adopt Proposal 2 (blow up the keeper system immediately),
that nullifying all draft pick trades would be necessary. This is a
proposal that can be discussed as well, but I propose it be dependent
on the passing of proposal 2, making it perhaps a Corollary 2.

If enough teams don't like the keeper process, the phase-out may the
best way to go. Again, I encourage extensive debate, and once we have
enough participation, a vote can be called.
