Not usually a fan of sand racing but there sre some interesting
stats at Wolves tonight:
In the 7.30 race 7f seller - horses drawn 8-9-10 in the 12 runner
fields have a great record.
In the 8.00 heat 9f Mdn H'cap in 13 rnner fields all were drawn
between 8-13 with stalls 11&13 having the best record.
Moving onto the 8.30 - 1m 1f Mdn Sir Mark Prescott has farmed this
race for many years and whilst most winners have been favourites in
the past dont dismiss Warsaw Pact where Seb Sanders has jetted back
from Ayr to take the ride.
The 9.00 over 1m4f also sees a high draw featuring in past races on
this card although more specifically stall 9 has taken the race 4
times from 9 with a 12 runner field. Can old timer JR Stevenson
oblige after a lay off - again with hot jockey Seb Sanders on board?
In the final heat a high draw should also be an advantage with
stalls 10-11-13 having the best record with 2 wins each in last 10
events.
