normal price for this popular raceday.

As usual we also have a private room/bar in the Tommy Whittle Stand
for this event.

Besides our race the card features the Peter Marsh Chase and several
valuable Cheltenham Trials.

Re Cheltenham Trip 2005

I can advise that we now have a slightly shorter (& cheaper!) trip
arranged for next year. Whilst there are only 5 or 6 places still
available at this late stage if you are still interested and can
contact me over the next few days we should still be able to fit you
in.

Group Travel (the tour organiser) have offered to add our party onto
another group travelling from the North East - this would now be for
only 3 days racing staying at the Hilton Hotel at Warwick with pick
ups from the hotel on day one i.e. we make our own way there albeit
sharing of transport may be possible if a convenient pick up point
can be agreed.


Given the shorter duration and some travel costs being removed the
price is reduced as follows:

The price of the package (based on a minimum of 10 passengers) will
be £142 plus £40 single supplement which includes:

Two nights dinner, bed and breakfast at the Hilton Warwick (just off
M40 Junction 15)

Coach transfers to the course each day Wednesday-Friday

(There are up to 8 single rooms available).

Group Travel will be booking race tickets on Monday thus ideally I
would like confirmation that you still wish to join the trip by
Sunday evening - please either phone me on Sunday (I shall be out
most of Saturday) or e mail me - details as at top of letter.

If you cannot contact me until after the weekend for any reason I
should still be able to take booking confirmations albeit race
tickets will then need to be purchased directly from Cheltenham.

In summary can you please reply ASAP with the following details:

• Confirmation that you still wish to join the revised trip as
summarised above.

• Confirmation of room requirements i.e. singles/twins - if a single
booking would you be interested in sharing a room? For groups please
give full names of those in the party.

• Travel to hotel on day one - would you be interested in sharing
travel to Warwick? NB Pick up time from the hotel will be advised
later.

• Class of tickets required if you wish me to book these on your
behalf (NB In the event any enclosures are full please state 2nd
preference)

• It may be possible to add an extra night at the hotel if anyone
wishes to go on the Tuesday still - please indicate if you would like
me to pursue this option.

If there are any other queries I shall try and answer these
individually albeit would really be looking for a definite commitment
at this stage.

Deposit cheques will be encashed once confirmations received. I shall
then send a note of the balance due ASAP.
