Dear NRC member/supporter

Just a quick update about our next two NRC club events:

Firstly our stable visit to John Mackie next Thursday 23rd April. We have enough
bookings already to make the visit viable but can probably still fit in a few
more if there are any late takers. For most members there will be a bit of
travelling involved which is why we have opted for a late start at 2pm with
members/guests who wish to make the most of the day then able to visit Uttoxeter
where the first race is at 5.30pm and last race off at 8pm. Tickets for
Uttoxeter are priced from £8-20 on the day. Please contact Dave Bates by e mail

On Saturday 25th April we have our first race day of the year at Haydock Park
where we are sponsoring the 2nd race on the card at 6.10pm with racing starting
at 5.40pm. For those wishing to make a night of things there is also a Bon Jovi
tribute band playing after racing. We have a private room on the 4th floor of
the Tommy Whittle stand with a cash bar and whilst this does not give a direct
view of the course this is an ideal meeting place/watering hole! The badge
prices for members/guests are just £17pp (plus nominal £1 booking fee per
order) giving a saving of £11 on the usual Saturday badge price for the County
Stand. Orders already placed should be despatched by post on Monday directly
from Haydock but late orders can still be accepted until Thursday 23rd April
via the club web site for collection at the course. Payments can be made via the
