The start of the 2009 turf flat season is only days away and we are currently
GIVING AWAY 5% SHARES in a couple of two-year-olds as well as an older jumper.
There has never been a better time to get involved in racehorse ownership and
full details can be found on our website at www.clarksonracehorses.co.uk

Brief details of the horses in which you could own a share for nothing are as
follows:

Tunza The Lion (2-y-o bay gelding by Trade Fair out of Bella Helena)

Trained by Michael Dods ( Piercebridge, Darlington) who enjoyed his best ever
flat season in 2008 with 49 winners, he is from the first crop of Trade Fair.
His dam Bella Helena, who was successful in Italy, has already produced 4
individual winners. The 2nd dam, St Helena, has had 8 winners from 13 runners
and the 3rd dam, Ergo, 9 winners from 10 runners including the top class
sprinter Up An At 'Em. As you can see this is a prolific winning family.

'Tunza' is now cantering and is expected to make his racecourse debut during the
summer.

Unnamed (2-y-o bay filly by Reset out of Monica Geller)

Gracie (her stable name) has just been broken in and will go into training with
Paul Green (Lydiate, Merseyside) shortly. Paul has made a great start to his
training career having sent out the winner of one of the most valuable
two-year-old races in Europe - The Tattersalls Ireland Sales Stakes at The
Curragh - in both 2006 and 2007.

She is a racy looking filly by Reset, who was unbeaten in a five race career (7
furlongs & a mile) in Australia which included two Group 1 races - the
Australian Guineas at Flemington & the Futurity Stakes at Caulfield.

Gracie is out of Monica Geller (by Komaite) who won 3 races as well as being
placed 6 times. She was successful as a juvenile at Goodwood and also gained
victories in a valuable Kempton Handicap (by 6 lengths in an 18 runner field)
and at Windsor.

Royal Game (7-y-o bay gelding by Vettori out of Ground Game)

Charlie (his stable name) is currently in training with Martin Todhunter (Orton,
Cumbria) and will be a regular runner in low grade hurdle races from April
through to the autumn. He has finished in the frame both on the flat and over
hurdles and is very unlucky to be still a maiden after his young jockey took the
wrong course when in the lead at Hexham in May 2007 and more recently when his
saddle slipped when a well backed joint favourite at Perth on his penultimate
start last July.

A fun horse who is best on good ground, Charlie is returning to the track
refreshed after a winter break.

You can own a share for nothing in any one, two or all three of these horses -
all you have to do is pay a FIXED price of £80 per month towards their training
fees, racing expenses and the administration costs of the syndicate.

THERE WILL BE VIEWING MORNINGS AT ALL THREE YARDS IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND IF YOU
WOULD LIKE AN INVITATION TO ANY/ALL OF THEM THEN PLEASE LET US KNOW. THE VISIT
TO PAUL GREEN WILL BE ON SATURDAY MORNING 11TH APRIL PRIOR TO RACING AT HAYDOCK
PARK IN THE AFTERNOON, WHILST THE VISIT TO MICHAEL DODS HAS BEEN PROVISIONALLY
ARRANGED FOR SATURDAY 18TH APRIL. MARTIN TODHUNTER WILL BE HAVING AN OPEN
MORNING IN MAY (THE DATE IS YET TO BE FINALISED).

We also have an unraced four-year-old gelding (stable name Sam) in training
with Martin Todhunter. He is cantering on a regular basis and is a long term
chasing prospect although he will make his debut later this year in a Bumper or
over hurdles. The cost of a 5% share in him is £350 including all training fees
etc up to 1st March. If he doesn't win a race by the end of the 2009/2010
National Hunt season then we would buy your share back for what you paid for it
(£350) and therefore it would cost you nothing!

There are also a number of other horses in which you can buy shares and full
details are on our website at www.clarksonracehorses.co.uk .

If you would like to give us a call at anytime on 01995 605790 then we would be
very happy to tell you all about the horses and how the syndicates work. We can
also send you a copy of the rules of any syndicate in which you are interested.

If you prefer racing holidays/tours to ownership, then you may be interested to
learn that we are joining forces with established travel specialists South Quay
Travel and Leisure to offer you a wide range of holidays to horse racing
destinations around the world. We are currently putting together a
mouth-watering choice of tours beginning during the winter of 2009/2010. These
will include trips to Dubai and the iconic new Meydan Racecourse which in 2010
will become the new home of the Dubai World Cup.

SHOULD YOU WISH TO RECEIVE DETAILS OF OUR RACING CALENDAR 2009-2010 THEN PLEASE
LET US KNOW AND WE WILL ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE DETAILS OF ALL OUR HOLIDAYS AS
SOON AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE.

Kind Regards

Paul Clarkson

We are sending this e-mail in the genuine belief you have agreed to receive this
type of information. If you do not wish to receive further horseracing
syndication and holiday details then please accept our sincere apologies and let
us know and we will take you off our mailing list.
